Just sat back and enjoyed my kids birthday party. Not to mention this place is perfect for the 5-8 year old birthday party age range. All the kids had a complete blast, there's no escape for the kids and the whole place is padded, so when you lose track of your kid, it's a no sweat situation. I'm not sure exactly where it came from as they told us they are contracted with multiple vendors but it was good. They charge $100 to bring in outside food so if you're in between and do the math, it's worth it to just purchase through them! My baby thoroughly enjoyed his party and the adults enjoyed as well! The bubbles in the middle of the floor were a major hit while playing the Gracie's Corner "Happy Birthday"! My only critique is that the light floor was broken, which my child loves. Huge bummer! Her child was taking toys from other children and fighting, and Tiffany then took a balloon from my four-year-old, causing her to cry hysterically. When I asked to see Tiffany's name tag so I could properly identify her, she hid it under her shirt and threatened to call the police. She then called the police, and we were asked to leave after already paying admission, with no refund provided. I have an audio recording of the interaction. Extremely unprofessional conduct from a manager and not the kind of treatment I would expect at a children's facility.

It is fun to attend Stevenson hockey games here, as well. And, it is nice with the turf option for local leagues, like Reisterstown Baseball. The rink is always fairly clean and the staff are friendly. I wish they would re-open the snack bar and have skate sharpening, but otherwise, Reisterstown Sportsplex has, and always will be, a second home to me.

No coin- operated lockers were there when I went to the rink in 2020. There was no designated waiting area besides the parking lot in 2020. No pro shop with a qualified, experienced figure skate technician in 2020. Hope the rink has those things it didn't have in 2020.

If your child enjoys pretend play, this is definitely a great spot. I also appreciated that it encourages creativity instead of screen time. It's refreshing to see a place where kids can use their imaginations and just be kids. The only thing I didn't love was the pricing. Admission is $15 per person, including adults. I understand their explanation that they want parents to participate with their children, but in reality, many parents are simply supervising. Other similar indoor play spaces only charge for the children, or at least offer a reduced admission for adults. That pricing model would have made more sense to me. They also offer several add-on activities like decorating cupcakes, making slime, decorating cookies, baking, and even an animal encounter at the top of each hour. They're all cute options, but they do cost extra, so be prepared for the visit to add up if your child wants to do multiple activities. The animal encounter was fairly small, with just a few animals, but younger kids will probably still enjoy it. There is seating available for parents, although it can be limited since so much of the space is dedicated to the different play stations. Overall, the kids had a blast, the facility was clean, and there was plenty to keep them engaged. While I wish the adult admission and extra activity pricing were a little more family-friendly, I'd still recommend Playseum for a fun afternoon of imaginative play. I had never been here and wasnt sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Location: Inside the mall, on the first floor, right outside the Nordstroms. Easy to find. Cost: Worth the entrance fee, both child and adults have to pay. Fair price. There are also take home activities and play that cost extra, such as slime, treat making, soap making, and more. These extra activities are also fairly priced and and so much fun. The entrance fee to the Kids Playseum allowed you access to the establishment nextdoor, Playseum upstairs. They also have playseum bucks as well. Staff: Super nice, helpful, experienced and attentive staff. Everyone one we interacted with for our time there was fabulous. We were able to go to both the Be with me playseum and the playseum upstairs. Cleanliness: The kept a tight shop. The toys and amenities were well kept, organized, clean and in good condition. Options: There were so many rooms to play in, so many cute toys, books, dress up and imagination play. My favorite was the ice bucket where the fish were kept in the Safeway. Super cute! My son went here for summer camp in 2013. I pulled my child out of camp before the summer end. The camp has a "strict" conduct policy on paper that is clearly not enforced by the camp counselors or the camp director. Several calls to the camp owner went unreturned. We also experienced theft of a few nominal items, after which we learned take nothing of value to camp with you. One kid was even caught red-handed with my child's toy (taken from his backpack), but not disciplined for the theft. There are lots of other options in Carroll county, I suggest finding an alternative to this place if you care about the safety of your child.

It's a great camp to get your kids outdoors, running around, swimming and playing with other children their age. Hundreds of kids from the area attend the camp and my kids always find friends from school and make many new friends while there. I'm glad for the good value, the staff is cheerful and welcoming and they are all over 18 years of age. The kids come home happy and exhaused from all the fun.
