The folks at Dreamers have literally "been a dream" to work with since our first contact last fall. We were planning a celebration for our 50th anniversary and knew we wanted a tent, plus chairs and tables. The team worked closely with us as we considered options, and were endlessly patient through multiple revisions. Similarly, the installation and takedown crews were efficient, friendly and very tidy. This company is nothing short of a scam operation. On August 22nd, they delivered filthy chairs and partially broken tables; items I immediately rejected at the point of delivery because they were completely unacceptable. I requested a refund, which they initially agreed to. Fast forward to today; one month and five days later; and not a single cent has been refunded. When I finally called to follow up, I was shocked to be told they would only refund half of my money for a service they never actually provided. That is outright theft. Their staff are untrained, rude, and lack even the most basic sense of courtesy. This experience has been exhausting and infuriating from start to finish. Save yourself the trouble and your money; avoid them at all costs. They are professional scammers who have no respect for customers. read more

Sent me dirty chairs that were completely unacceptable. Because I would be embarrassed to host an event with dirty chairs, we spent over 3 hours cleaning them for the next day. They sent a tent only to be used on grass. Never telling me it could only be used on grass. Since we wanted it partially on the patio and partially on the grass they couldn't accommodate our request and failed to refund our money for the tent. Their tent never came out of their truck! They said they would refund for the dirty chairs but we shall see. I would NOT recommend this company and will never use them again. read more

We rented a 30x30 foot tent, chairs, tables, and linens and were extremely pleased. The crew that came to set up arrived right on time, were extremely friendly and very accommodating to ensure the tent was positioned where we wanted. In fact they adjusted it to get it as close to the building as possible knowing it was going to rain the day of our event. The Company was very pleasant to work with when booking our rental and patient as I tweaked the quote multiple times before locking it in. The same crew came to pick up the rental promptly the next business day following our event. We were very impressed how personable, kind, and hard working the crew was. 5 stars for great service!! We are using Dreamers for our daughter's wedding this weekend. Everything has been delivered and set up as promised. The guys did an excellent job and were very polite and professional. I must say, I was hopeful when I had booked with Dreamers. We had booked a tent, tables, chairs and linens for our wedding to be had this month. We booked back before everything was shut down because of Covid-19, and when we realized that we might not have been able to hold our wedding, I reached out to Kevin to see about moving our date. His response was that their family needed to be able to pay their bills, so they would only move half of our deposit and we would have to repay for the other half to reserve a date. I completely understand the situation, however, I was extremely upset that they were penalizing us for needing to push our date back when it was due to something out of our control. We weren't asking for a full refund, only to reserve a new date and move our reservation. Needless to say, I completely cancelled my reservation, voluntarily lost my deposit and took my business elsewhere. Won't be coming back anytime soon, even for when we plan to have our larger ceremony and reception in the future. read more

We had rented a tent for our event, but unfortunately had a family member death a week prior to our event date. We reached out to them as soon as we found out, as we had to cancel. They refused to offer a refund or reschedule. We paid $1500 for the tent rental, and the best offer they tried to give us was a 10% discount towards the next event. It is so inhumane to hold on to someone's hard earned money knowing that the task will not be completed. In these unprecedented times, flexibility has become paramount in business so if they were not going to offer a refund, they should have at least honored our request to move the date to another day in the future in which we could hold another event. Asking customers to fill out a cancellation request form and offering negligible retribution is very performative. We will never do business with this company, nor will we ever recommend this company to anyone. read more

The sales manager is unprofessional. He does not care about the customer needs. When the customer didn't clearly I'm understand something on the quote he make a snark remark people just don't read contracts. Instead of just clearly answering the question. Everything is an extra fee; using a credit card, coming out for measurements for a tent and asking for a delivery for a tent the day before your event. I repeat do not waste your time. The only reason I gave this company 1 star because i cant go any lower. The delivery guys were very nice and pleasant. read more

I rented a bounce house for $325 but wasn't able to use it due to the weather (rain). Therefore, I had to cancel and was told that they were not able to refund me because business was slow. I was told that I could reschedule and rent it within A WEEK and only use it within certain areas which were close to them but not to me. Of course, it rained all that week. I explained that to the manager and he wouldn't make any exceptions nor would he extend the time frame. So basically I lost out on $325 of my hard earned money. read more

Kevin was excellent to deal with in determining the needs for or wedding. Excellent selection of equipment and linens. The crew showed up when promised, got right to work, were pleasant to deal with and very professional. Great attention to detail, kept the white tent white - it had been raining most of the week and the site was a little muddy. Went back and spot cleaned any questionable spots. Overall an excellent experience. read more
