Great experience! We have an 8-year-old rescue Golden…read moreRetriever who developed some habits we wanted to correct and weren't able to do on our own with traditional training. A couple of these weren't terribly serious, but we felt we weren't "in charge" anymore, that our dog wasn't getting the message from whatever we were doing, and that if we didn't do something different, it could really get out of control. Brad really helped us with this, where traditional "training" wasn't working. We have two or three things we're working on with our girl, but here is the most dramatic change we had with one issue. She is very food motivated, and would beg from us at the table whenever we sat down to eat, and would be underfoot in the kitchen during prep. She got overly excited and would not settle and lie down. Brad explained we weren't communicating well with her on a dog level, so to get that communication kicked in to gear, he actually started our session not with this problem, but with making sure she would not dash out the front door when it was opened. This was to establish that we were in charge and what was expected of her. What he showed us how to do worked like you wouldn't believe. It was like a light bulb went off for our girl. What we did affected everything after that. It wasn't about dashing out the door, it wasn't about begging for food, it was about knowing what was acceptable in our pack and to look to us for direction. That night, at dinner, she went to her "spot" with a simple direction and was relaxed during our entire meal. She can now be directed to her spot and will stay quietly any time we need her to. Best of all, she seems truly relieved that she doesn't have to be in charge and that WE are. She is much more relaxed around so many other things. It gave us so much more confidence! I didn't think that what Brad taught us would work. It's quite counterintuitive. But trust me, it worked like magic. This is not dog training - it's communication with your dog. Brad answers all your questions, doesn't waste your time, shows you clearly and directly what will work. We're so thankful we found him!

I met with several trainers before Brad & had little to no success in the areas we needed most, I was exhausted. Now for the first time ever, I can leave him home alone without the overwhelming anxiety and guilt that used to come with it. Our walks are actually enjoyable again, and I feel confident bringing him around friends and into new environments. What I appreciate most is that the training gave me the tools and confidence to understand and communicate with my dog better. I have my freedom back, and Cash is happier and more relaxed because of it. If you're struggling with separation anxiety, behavioral issues, or just want a better relationship with your dog, I can't recommend Brad enough. The impact has been life-changing.

He trained my husband and me as well as our puppy! So grateful. Tommy has a gift for knowing how dogs think and he shares that knowledge as part of the session. We never felt rushed to finish a lesson when he came to the house, he just dealt with our issues and reminded us to keep practicing with our dog until next time. We even decided to enroll in his weekly puppy class so that our puppy would learn to behave around other dogs. His private dog park is a god-send as we live in a condo and don't have a yard for our puppy to play in. She loved going there and we'll be back! We highly recommend Tommy. He showed us how to anticipate what our puppy was going to do before she did it and correct her misdeeds before they take place. Five stars!

He is very relatable and has a unique way of teaching that is very enjoyable and actually entertaining, all at the same time! Now that is talent! Tommy was made for this job and well worth his price. You get what you pay for. He definitely does not watch the clock and gives you more than 1 hr and does not leave until he has answered all your questions. My dog is already doing better on our walks. Tommy teaches but you have to do what he says or you have wasted your money. I signed up for 5 lessons and looking forward to the rest. I will update when we are finished.

I am so extremely satisfied with Jessica's services that I needed to leave a review immediately…read more(just picked up my pup from getting groomed about 30 minutes ago). I found Jessica through a google search which led me to her yelp page, once I found out more about the services she offered on her site, and that she was nearby I reached out for a quote via yelp. She was very responsive, was able to fit me in within a few days, very straight forward and notified me of what to expect and arriving before the appt to complete paperwork & review the groom service. I took Lucky in this morning, was greeted immediately, checked in and after Jessica assessed Lucky's condition she notified me that he had very matted fur and what she could do/not do depending on the severity of the fur once she started with the grooming, and what to expect from the groom. I like that she thoroughly informed me of the situation, what my options were and that it would cost more due to the added work to de-matt him and the sensitivities that lucky could experience so she would have to be even more meticulous with the grooming. I picked him up in 2.5 hours and she went though how he needed to be shaven all around because of how matted his fur was, where he could experience irritation (what else to expect) and if I need to take him to the vet due to further irritation because of the condition of his skin from the matted fur. Overall I was floored by her knowledge but also very personable nature (something I have not experienced with a previous groomer). I'm so much more informed (as I had inherited lucky and am a new pet owner, so still learning). She even honored the price she had originally quoted me at which I thought was extremely generous given the nature of the groom. I can't wait to have lucky come back to be groomed and well taken care of by Jessica!

I dropped my 6 month old puppy Kobie-Star off last week for my first time for her first daycare…read moresession at W&W for full day . Prior we did a meet & greet at Little Town and a tour to see where Kobie would be staying. It went well and the facility was very clean . Kobie is a very active lab- pug mix she went in with no problem but I was told she was a little anxious and I could see on the webcam how she would cling to the staff - she does that to me all day so I could see her doing that -thank goodness we have training starting this coming week to learn how to gain some independence and more manners . I did see how they put a vest on her and when I checked on her later that day and a couple hours later we couldn't find her - I called and was told afterwards she was with one of the staff that was after she was placed in one of open boxes for some down time / quiet time ( which is totally fine she could use puppy naps or down time ) I just would like to be told ahead of time they may do this for active / nervous pups so when I keep checking the webcams and can't find my pup and either could my sister for over an hour we would know she is chilling . Other than that , they said she ate both her lunch and dinner with no problem and didn't bark etc . I know she enjoyed herself for sure . It's really nice knowing next time I can order a bath or nails or boarding . They offer agility training and Kobie is already showing interest in that . Thank you all for taking care of my Kobie-Star for the day. As a pet sitter myself I take care of many peoples pets but don't have someone to watch mine.. Now i must buy the new customer pack as I'm excited to continue to have a great place within waking distance that is rated so good to watch my baby when I need it . THANK YOU W&W Staff !!!

She was attacked by a much smaller dog ever since she goes crazy whenever we see another dog. I found a, "Highly Recommended" Dog trainer online according his website. After 3 sessions with him, his advice was to punch my dog in the face and head until she worried more about me than other dogs. As you can imagine that did not work and we stopped going. I started calling around to other trainers I found online but nobody wanted to work with such a big aggressive dog. One trainer referred me to Tony. After talking with Tony and watching his webinar he referred us to Xavier who from the first 15 minutes had my dog sitting down calmly and accepting directions. I can't speak highly enough for how professional results oriented both Tony and Xavier have been. We were considering returning her back to the breeder before meeting Tony and Xavier. Thank you both so very much!

I would give them negative stars if I could. There is literally a Petco a few miles away, and…read moreanother Petsmart just down the road in foothill Ranch. The manager and associates of this store are beyond reprehensible soulless. They do not care at all about animals, animal, safety, animal, health, animal, welfare, in the slightest. Especially Cynthia, the store manager is absolutely horrific. The store manager, Cynthia, seemed entirely indifferent and uncaring about a dog that was in distress. I explained to her that I came to get an E collar, and only had my phone minimal cash and my rewards points. I was approximately one dollar short from the price of the E collar. Here's why she gets absolutely zero stars. She had the ability to reduce the price by one dollar. But she refused to do so. Until I showed her that chewy sells the same product for five dollars cheaper. Obviously, she had the ability to change the price, as she did as soon as I showed her the chewy app with the lower price. She could have looked at the situation, realized there was a dog in distress, realized that the store was closing in 5 minutes and I had no other alternative, in that I couldn't run home and get back in time, and just reduced the price by one dollar. Common sense customer service, when you're in a position of authority, seems to be entirely lacking of her minuscule and myopic brain. I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in their stores. Literally. I don't ask for a freebie or a pass on the amount due. it just seems to me that a reasonable person, in the same situation, empowered to make a discount which she obviously did, would see that I'm trying to help a dog that needs this item for its health and safety. Absolutely horrible I cannot describe how insufferable her attitude was I understand, your business that has rules, and you must collect every last pittance for the corporate bottom line. But she was empowered to make a discount, and instead of doing that, she decided to be belittle me, and basically make me feel like a f*cking degenerate. My advice, go to any other pet store. The store does not deserve our hard earned money. They do not live by their own corporate values. as stated on their corporate website, passion for pets, customer first, do what's right. They did not meet any of these core corporate values in the slightest. This store does not care about customers, nor does it care about pets nor doesn't care about doing what is right. If Petsmart corporate has a liaison, which reads these reviews, maybe talk to your store manager, Cynthia, and discussed the situation. I'm sure she will remember the transaction. There are 1000 different ways she could've handled this better, instead she chose the corporate bottom line over a pet over a customer and overdoing what's right. One last thing that I forgot to mention... Not only is this a dog that is in distress, and needs an E collar, but the dog, is my SERVICE ANIMAL!! , yes Register registered with the city as an assistance animal, trained, and prescribed / supported in writing by my doctor. I hate to say it, but not some fake service animal, but an actual service animal. Yes, I have a disability, and yes, the animal helps me with the disability. Yes she performs specific tasks related to my disability. But none of this is at all important to Petsmart. Petsmart, you get zero stars.

    1) kids here are not properly trained on how to do a return for a buy-online in-store pickup order…read more They will try to call it a non receipt return and give you store credit even though you have the receipt on your phone for the online order showing you paid with your credit card. 2) Can't properly shop an online / pickup order. They will say your item is out of stock even if there's lots of them available in store because they don't know how to properly search for items. You then have to walk into the store and still buy the item yourself since they canceled it from your order. 3) Very rude and entitled employees. Minimum wage teenagers giving minimum effort. Although I would say that the minimum wage they're getting paid is way too high for their horrible attitudes. I made $6.75 at their age and treated people with a lot more respect! They literally just roll their eyes at you and walk away when you are voicing a concern. No customer service skills. Poorly trained. 4) My dog and I commonly walk through puddles of urine when trying to shop in the store. This is bound to happen when dogs are allowed in the store and I understand that, but I don't know if they staff enough people to keep it clean or maybe the employees are just lazy about cleaning up the messes. The only positive thing I can say is that when I did call and talk to the store manager, she seemed to care about the customer experience. At least one person has their head on straight. Hopefully, she can implement some positive changes. She is the reason this is two stars instead of one.
