While frustrated, I approached them with a great attitude and I got a great attitude in return. The rep helped rebuild my account with the services and equipment I wanted and got my price to a manageable and fair point. He got everything set up on his end and told me what I needed to do when I got home to set everything up. He turned a situation I dreaded into a great experience. While I was in the store, I watched several professionals trying to extend customer service with a friendly attitude to quite frankly a bunch of rude customers that came in with a bad attitude. Due to this severe lack of competence and poor customer support, I cancelled my order. The staff showed zero customer retention effort or professionalism.
