There have been a few hiccups over the years, but it's been minimal. This is probably my favorite Verizon store that I have been to. It's very nice and modern-looking, and the employees here are always super friendly. I recently came here to upgrade to the iPhone X and it was a very easy process. We were also able to get a bundle deal where I received a screen protector, case and portable charger all for $80. They can be a bit pushy with some of their promotions, and a couple of them offered the same promotion for two different prices, but it's whatever. Business is business. They couldn't give me a balance amount until after 2 days I left the country (mind you I've turned in the equipment already and notified them of my disconnect which they were fine with). Now lady on the phone wants me to wait til after I leave the country, send me a bill to an address I don't have, and then pay it off then. I just simply guessed out an amount to pay on since they couldn't do crap for me until after I leave. Oh another thing, the 20min wait on the phone to talk to a representative giving off fake enthusiasm and then being transferred over to another department. But before she transferred me she wanted to know if she provided great customer service... WTF? You provided me with no help whatsoever! The nerve to even ask... I just say "yes" just to keep the process moving. Now I'm being transferred and only to wait another 20mins, then finally speaking to another rep with the same fake enthusiasm is classic too. C'mon now, this is 2011, and times have changed, cut the crap and let's be real here.... Most of your clients aren't dummies and its kind of offensive when you make it sound so obvious.... Seriously, Insight Comm makes up part of the hated parts of Corporate America. All bureaucratic black and white, and little common sense. Cannot believe part of my principals of serving are for these A-holes to continue to do what they are doing now. Ugh..... Especially time…read more Hours on the phone with tech. support because we could not connect to internet with device provided---for $71. Hours and hours wasted. Devices (modems) from other providers (clearwire and comcast) connected our computers so why not this one? Netzero sent another device. That one didn't work either. More hours wasted on more tech. support. I finally asked for a refund and they refused. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and they refused. They finally agreed to a refund when the Capital One company (issuer of Visa credit card used for payment) called on my behalf. But, instead of a refund I discovered later that they had charged me $150 for their modem, claiming I didn't return it. I had to give them the UPS tracking number to prove I had. Then they agreed to refund the $150 but I had to have Capital One help me again. If I hadn't kept the receipt I would have been out of luck and $150. Another hour---GONE. This is the worst company I have had the misfortune to do business with in years. We'll see if they send the refund for the service we weren't able to use because we couldn't connect to the internet using their device (modem). Stand by for an update. Many thanks to Capital One for their help. Without them the only response I would have gotten from netzero is SORRY and NO.

After two weeks, the WiFi stopped working and I called and spoke with a rep who didn't seem to care and wasn't able to resolve the issue- she said the router must have been moved and I was too far away. I then requested to cancel and have the prorate refunded and she said she would enter that request. I also emailed them requesting to cancel service and still haven't received a reply after four days. Would never do business with them again.
