    no stars if possible... came here on 12/23/24..placed on online pick up order for an upgrade at 2:39 PM, no updates of it being ready and needed the phone before the holiday...called to get an updated around 5:40 and was placed on hold for 10 minutes..no check up. silent call, decided to go drive out there as well (i live in Fresno) i drove out and called again, gentleman answered and i let him know im waiting for my online order status to be updated...he forcefully said "all online orders are fulfilled..." did not try to even check first or consider...because mine was not fulfilled...even let him know well my order says other wise and asked if it was the correct store and i said yes. he said he was going to put me on hold and check..he didnt even ask for the order number or id and until i told him, idk if he took any information down and placed me on hold again... the drive from my home to the store was about 40 mins...no checkup, silent...i was driving in the dark and with no music...that sucked. i made it to the store before closing and was greeted after 10 mins, there was other people around which i understand its the holidays and the wait time could be longer than usual. I was still on hold and this call was over 45 mins log no one came back on the line to check up on me until i spoke to a person who walked by and let them know my situation...he went to the back and after a few minutes manager MOISES came out with my order like if nothing happened, ignoring my complaint and situation and did not really apologize (so all online orders werent fullfilled...)i told him eveything and how no one answered me still I AM STILL ON THE PHONE AND NO REP ANSWERED ME, he proceeded to tell me that they have to attend customers first....well i am a customer as well?? also said new employees are working and are a bit slow and still learning... who ever trained these people did a terrible job... got a scripted apology, no compensation while still being on hold...over an hour..left the store and was the store manager only to let me know that he answeredmy call and already assisted me and wanted to know if i had any questions...the audacity..

    just now New My whole…read morephone line was hacked! I was there on 12/18/2025, at 12:40 p.m. and had such the rudest encounter with the employee there because I needed help because I called a local store in Fresno who always take care of me and told me on there end it looks like the whole phone line was hacked and to call customer service. I can't call because my phone is on SOS because it's been hacked and my work phone doesn't allow me to call 1800-numbers. The gentleman at this location basically asked me "What do you want me to do" and "It isn't our fault" and was no help at all. Wouldn't allow me to call customer service on his store phone because "they have one line" and "clog up his line" when Boost at another location did everything they possibly could to ensure proper service. This gentleman was rude and of no help. I have had so many issues with this company in just the past six months and am going to leave this company. I definitely wouldn't recommend this phone company as to this service in encountered and the fraud that was taken place. I note I called a couple days ago speaking with customer service to tell them someone changed my password and they did nothing but said, "well, change it."

I will say the store was quite clean and tidy. It took a moment to locate the clerk. He was there, behind the counter, asleep. I get it. I do. Customer service can be tough. As a 30+ service industry worker, I get it. But, no. Sorry. Once I woke him, we spoke briefly about switching over. It's a process. And, I was not impressed. I won't be back.
