I urge anyone that goes to this door to not. They are a scam. I've been dealing with them for over a year. And my bill, he is outrageous, and nothing is that they, promised me on discounts and promotions. We're honored, and I got stuck paying for equipment I never used due to lost in their system. The store and Verizon get 2 stars only because i had almost no wait to be served, but then i sat for 10 to 15 minutes while the rep scrolled thru numerous screens. And the best deal they could offer me was turn in my Samsung phone and get $300 off. Very disappointing, especially since the rep confirmed that i was a 24 plus year customer. read more

These guys play dirty. Lie cheat and steal for commissions. One of their employees upgraded my plan without telling me . I was told the home wifi device upgrade was absolutely free and wouldn't change my bill at all . I hooked it up and sent the old one back with label they emailed me . Got my new bill and saw he nearly doubled my plan price and they were still charging me for both devices. Figured I would go in to the store and sort this out . I was there for about 5 minutes before realizing he had no desire to help me make this right . Once they see there is no commission for them they treat you like crap and act like they have no way to help you or refund the $$ they tried to steal from me . It took me nearly 2 hours on the phone with Verizon rep to sort out their scam just to undo the what these scammers did to plan and get my money back . Avoid this place at all cost. It's not just a few bad apples either. They must train there staff to pull this stuff. You can't tell me the management don't know what's going on here. read more

In January 2023, these SOBs sold my 89 year old aunt a phone she could not have learned to use in a million years. It was a 2021 Motorola Edge 5G UW 256GB, which has a street price of $200-250; they charged her $635 for it. She left the store thinking she had spent $138.98 (the tax, activation fee and overpriced case), when she had actually signed up for another $635.00 of installment payments. When family intervened and got her a simple phone she could actually understand and use, they refused to take it back as it had been 36 days since the purchase. They actually tried to convince her to keep the phone and line so she could "use it to learn." I want to hit these clowns in the head with a large flounder. What these people did is both elder abuse and outright theft. Don't support either. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. They will force you to buy accessories you do not want with your phone in order to make money. For example, a different authorized Verizon store that helped me sold me a phone and offered accessories, but did not make it mandatory because it's not required. I was told this store most likely operates this way since commission on IPhones are low. Go elsewhere and save $150+. They also forced me to get insurance the last time I bought a different phone here which they said was mandatory and it's not. So, don't waste your money. Spend the $10 in gas and go to any other store in Fresno. read more

I needed a new cover for my phone. On my first visit the young man helping was careful and efficient. The correctly fitting cover was not available in the store. He ordered the product and I paid in the store. He said it would be delivered to my house. Bring it in and someone would install. Everything he said came through perfectly until I brought the product back to the store for installation. At that point the service fell apart. 3 people sitting waiting for customers. All kind, yet no one stood or left their desk perch. The young lady said she would help and then proceeded to act distant and eventually did not help. I had to leave the store to figure out how to install myself. Very disappointing. It appeared the commission already paid me as the customer was a nuisance. Sad. read more
