At most times I had 1.9 mbps download speed and not the up to 315 as promised. I constantly was in the phone with the technical staff in fact at 1 point they replaced my modem and there was no improvement in the service. I called on Jan 16, 2026 to terminate my relationship with t-mobile and all of a sudden they offered an additional piece of equipment free for 1 year to improve the service. They refused to cancel my contract on that date and waited until the next billing cycle so they could bill be again. Save yourself the grief and avoid t-mobile at any cost! They shouldn't be allowed to offer home internet! I've given a 1 star only because that was the lowest rating available

I read all the poor reviews for this store but thought it couldn't possibly be as bad as people…read moresay. It is. Walked in, was asked what I needed. I stated I needed a mobile hot spot. Sales associate goes good luck, you won't find one anywhere in the Central Valley. I said ok. I need one today I'll look elsewhere. He kept talking until I walked out the door about how they get calls everyday and no T-Mobile store has any and it's at least ten days. He sounded absolutely delighted to be telling me they couldn't give me what I needed. I will take my business to another company ‍

Prices are fair and they are familiar with business needs and IT and have set up many systems for businesses, but are personal enough to take care of the home system too. We hired a local firm that soon thereafter went out of business. Our second try, again with another local firm was a swing and miss. They claimed to have the ability to maintain our network, but, ultimately, it was just beyond their abilities. I was resigned to either hiring an in-house IT professional or going outside of Merced to solve our issues. It was at that point that I was introduced to Tom Leach at Mid Valley IT. I decided to give the local company a try. And I'm glad I did. Mid Valley IT handled our network with ease and efficiency. Any time we had an issue, they were a quick phone call away. Unlike one of the other firms we'd hired, their technicians stay with Mid Valley. So, we always had someone around who knew our network. I would get calls from time to time from other IT companies asking me to consider switching. Every time, the answer was, "Why would I do that? I've got Mid Valley IT!"
