For a tile project, shouldn't there be an onsite evaluation to assess the work required? Moreover, if you had visited my location, I could have discussed two additional tasks that would significantly increase the scope and cost of the project to your advantage. In response to the owner, I did provide descriptions for additional projects in the original request. I was concerned about potential damage to the tiles that could require significant repairs. I have expressly said that I was willing to pay a premium for proper handling of the situation. When I mentioned those concerns, other providers did express a lot more caution about the tile situation and they came out to make sure it could be done. I understand that there's an opportunity cost to come out in person but I expected a premium service provider to be able to do so. That's simply not materialized.

Took my custom build in after a lot of troubleshooting on my own to find out why it wouldn't POST…read more They misdiagnosed my PC's problems, telling me it would've been a $400 CPU replacement, when the actual issue was a faulty motherboard that only cost $80 to resolve on my own. They told me this without actually pulling out my CPU to test it, and claimed that I damaged it by installing my cooler wrong, and there was only a 50/50 chance my processor was still working - I don't know how they could've possibly known that without actually touching the processor at all. When they returned my computer, it was missing the card rail clip, the velcro straps that I use to manage my cables, and the front panel header had been unplugged and rewired incorrectly. This store made an already incredibly stressful situation twice as stressful and last twice as long by giving me wrong information and leaving my computer in a worse state than they received it in.

I was truly bothered to read that one Yelper felt that this store is taking advantage of immigrants in the area; there is a high concentration of immigrants in a two-to-three mile radius of University and Fairmount, where this T-Mobile is located. I was in the store a total of two hours between two visits and I saw T-Mobile agents treating every single person with courtesy and patience. And there job is to upsell. Hello? You're constantly being upsold in every store you walk into, so why does it bother you so? Anyhoo. Paul, my brother, I hope you're reading this because you deserve your moment in the spotlight. When it was my turn they said my phone was dead and I would have to wait 10 minutes for it to charge. Then proceeded to wait another couple hours which they got back to me saying that the system in my phone needed go wait another hour which for some reason wasn't done during the hours I was waiting.
