I came in to get 2 screens replaced for 2 iPhones that have been off for at least a month due to screen damage . When I walk in i tell him I need just the screens replaced and he tells me $100 for both and I agree and he says about 45 minutes . I walk around the area and come back a lil early to him talking on the phone to a friend about making money for inappropriate things . He said I was early cuz he was too busy with his friend on the phone talking what I would later realize was my photos and info he looked up on me and my brother ( one iPhone was unlocked my bad after this experience) I said I would return in a few hours and when I came back the shop had shut down for his lunch and beer break. When I returned he handed me the phones i paid and he asked if i recycle ( weird question) cuz he wanted me take his and his friends beer bottle and lied and said he can't touch due to religious beliefs ( a lie ) . I recycled them and when returning home realized both phones had passwords and that nothing connected to my devices as they had to be reset as new devices (switched phones or batteries) and had to login into Apple This was my first red flag as screen replacement in the past never had this issue . Next I remember he asked how long I had phones because he switched my batteries that I had checked before purchasing at their location and confirmed his Switch and Bait by looking at battery health which was now at 77% when was at 88% and other at 82%. I checked the battery usage and it had indicated they both had been on for the past week and I hadn't used them in a month . Both phones say they overheat now an issue I never had before this incident)Switched my good batteries or phones for used ones. I also asked about charging pack he said he had a personal one that he enjoys and when I turn over had a sticky note with recall date on it ( another lie ) . This person is by far the worst person I have dealt with in my life . I then checked the saved Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections and realized they were none I recognized or added ( another clear indication of his deceitful actions ) I called and spoke to him and he could barely keep his story together and hung up. When I would try to return I noticed he had the haircut shop workers be look outs for me so he could close up and hide in the back until I left . She gave me a very reasonable price for the repair and reassured me, explaining that it likely just needed a simple cleaning, but also clearly told me the cost for replacing the charging port in case it turned out to be necessary. She was incredibly kind, and once I brought it in, she cleaned it within minutes.

The sales rep that came to my house was a different person than the one I talked to on the phone. She said it would be $10 higher since I only was going to move forward with (2) lines instead of (4). That was far from the truth. I have contacted AT&T customer service over the phone (3) times about this issue. They have still yet to resolve the problem. They said to go into store and they could help me out with my trade in device so I will not be charged monthly for a new phone. In the store they told me I would need to contact Cusotmer service. Seems like I keep getting the run around while still being charged more than I was told. They set me up with two accounts which I was not aware of. I was only receiving one bill for one account which was very confusing. I have had my service cut off twice already due to all the confusion of my billing and accounts. Bottom line, don't listen to the sales reps and make sure they clarify your billing before. I should have stayed with TMobile. Such a disappointment.

WORST customer service ever, I've never had such a poor experience in my life. Which is…read moreunfortunate, because I support small self-owned businesses. But you get what you pay for... Went to him for a phone battery replacement. He is local, and honestly, he has low prices ($45 +tax for the battery replacement). He told me that his battery is not original product (ie, not Apple battery). That's fine, I just needed my phone to hold a charge. The new battery he replaced with was WORSE than my old battery. It went from 94% to 70% in less than an hour! I went back the next day, and his mannerism was abysmal. He told me, that's a new battery, must be a problem with your phone processor. I didn't want to risk trying another "un-original" phone battery through him and asked for a refund instead. He begrudgingly refunded $40, minus $5 for service fee. As I was leaving his kiosk, he blurted, "And don't come back." Like why? It was unwarranted, he could've just said nothing and let it be. Of course I wouldn't come back after such an experience. So I left, not only with a faulty battery, but also upset by his rude mannerism. The guy was angry at me for his own faulty product. And then gave me attitude for it... ;( Anyways, lesson learned to not go cheap. Went to Apple Store later that day, they ran diagnostics. Everything is fine with my phone. New battery ($69), and surprise surprise. It works just fine! I would advise anyone to avoid this place -- it's not worth the risk, nor the time and frustration, and overall horrendous customer service.
