I am leaving a review while sitting in the parking lot. If the girl that helped me today wasn't so sweet, I would have given a lot lower rating. But she was wonderful. Fred, on the other hand, not so much. He helped me purchase a new phone the other day. He was not very helpful or nice while I was there. Then today, I came in to have them help me set up my phone because his directions were not helpful. When I walked in, he just looked up and did not acknowledge me at all. I said "I just need help setting up my phone." He looked me in the eye and told me to sit down and someone would help me soon. It wasn't a nice "sit down" either. As the sweet girl helped me, I noticed him happily greet every other customer that walked in. Signed them in with a smile. I'm a little confused why I was not greeted in the same manor? I walked into the store about 15 min ago and the guy here working never acknowledged me as he was helping someone else. Which is understandable, but he NEVER acknowledged me being here. This is the absolute worst customer servive EVER. This dude does not need to be working her and you guys should be more selective about who you hire and put into public places. My LG phone (which I loved) was not functioning at all. It was heating up and would not hold a charge. I decided on another LG but was told by an AT&T store manager (Woodstock, GA) that LG was retiring from the cell phone business. I am not interested in iPhone so my daughter convinced me to get a Samsung. The replacement from the insurance company was a Samsung Galaxy S10e. When I received the phone, I knew right away it was not for me. The phone was nice, aesthetically and had excellent features; however, the model was way too small for my liking. I called the store in Acworth, GA and spoke with Natalie. She asked me to describe what I needed in a phone and she provided me with quite a few options. She told me the hours of the store and even let me know which day she would be working so she could help me directly. This is what I consider VIP-Exceptional service. Thanks Natalie! read more

I am convinced that Sprint has an evil plan to piss off their customers one at at time. So when I realized that my contract was over, and I could switch to the almighty Iphone...I did just that. And I did it IMMEDIATELY. I went to this store to get everything set up. After visiting this place 3-4 times for various issues, I realized these are some of the friendliest most helpful mofo's ever. Today I went for a simple issue. I didnt have my charger, and my phone was dead..so I needed to charge it. I was greeted with a friendly greeting, and immediately helped. While my phone charged, I brought in my laptop to do some work. I was interrupted 2x....one time an associate made a quick joke about the Yankees cap that I was wearing...the other time one of the employees suggested that I turn off my blue tooth on my mac so all my information was not available... Helpful/kind/funny..for no reason at all. Although the service with AT&T sucks, the employees are incredible, and never give me any grief. Keep up the good work. read more

Store was considerably busy yet very efficient. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Camilia (hope I spelled it right girl!). She checked me in and since I only needed the simple task of adding insurance to my new phone, she helped me out herself. Store is well organized with approachable employees. Atmosphere lends itself to being relaxing with their nice choices in music. This will definitely be my go to AT&T location. read more

The manager will swear to fix it and give you a bogus business card. ALL I wanted to do was be able to play with a couple new phones to decide which one I wanted to buy. That's it. But the one I most wanted to try out was DEAD. And I told them that.....when they FINALLY acknowledged my existence after I'd been there for 10 minutes. Seriously....not even a greeting. I think the cable is bad." SERIOUSLY??!!?? If you weren't going to charge one up, then WHY did you LIE about it waste my time??? It's a DEAD phone. Check them once in a while. Charge them up. If the cable is bad, ATTACH A NEW ONE!!! YOU'RE AT&T!! YOU'RE A COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY!!! DON'T ACT LIKE THE COMPANY CAN'T AFFORD A CABLE OR YOU DON'T KNOW HOW CHARGE A PHONE. QUIT BEING LAZY!!! They are the worst service ever. First, they promise you high speeds and it never gets the speed your paying for. Dropped calls and horrible customer experience. I traded in 5 iPhone 8' and an 8+ all in excellent condition. They credited my account and then removed the credit and sent me a bill for over my actual bill amount and suspended my services when they owe me money. read more

I didn't have a pleasant experience at this location in the slightest. We were "helped" by 2 staff members. The first of which forgot about us and left us sitting around for about 45 minutes and the second, the manager, talked to us for about 10 minutes and then couldn't help us further because of a glitch in the AT&T system that he didn't know how to get past. He then proceeded to give us a number we could call and just left us there to call. Never checked on us, never offered to call himself. We've been in the store going on 2.5 hours now. i just went in to at&t in acworth, I have to say Nicki was awesome. I got my kids the new Iphone7 and she was great but then I went there last night and was completely ignored and when I did get help from Justin he was in a hurry to help someone else because I was not buying anything. he put my kids protective screens on their phones and they are on crooked and i asked him if they could put a new one on and he said only if they break it and that it was put on straight. he went on to another customer before we where done and my daughters phone was not activated. i went up to the cashier area and was ignored. they looked at me but nothing. I said out loud wow you get no help here unless you are buying something so they can get a commision from sales. my son went up there and asked for help they where rude and one guy looked at a lady he was helping and said do you mind they cant figure out anything on there own.
