Basically, the "stove" guys came today and the "microwave" guys will call me to schedule another delivery within the next 24 hours. Would've been helpful to KNOW THAT IN ADVANCE since I was excited about having a new microwave since I will have a guest at my house this weekend. I even mentioned this to the salespeople and told them I wasn't availability for delivery on Friday and Saturday because I had plans (with aforementioned house guest). So now I'll have to wait until probably the end of next week to have another free 4 hours to sit and wait for the microwave delivery and installation guys to show up. Very inconvenient. I could've made alternative plans with my schedule next week had I known about needing two delivery dates instead of one. SMH. ----------- Great selection. Wonderful prices. So i did not hesitate to call him again for the back glass of my iPhone 13 pro Well Tom came over and sat in his van and fixed my iPhone 13 pro or at least I thought so. I came inside and not 10 minutes later my front screen was popping off of the phone. I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were,gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. After booking an appointment someone who has an issue with their work you are no longer important because they won't come back and fix it unless they charge you again and again they don't even give you a discount I learned a lesson to never do business with someone who is not apple certified yeah he charges 100 dollars to fix your phone however it takes him all of 3 minutes to do it and it'll be broken again in less than a month so if you just bite the bullet and go to an apple certified place and pay maybe 200 your phone will still be eligible for trade in and it won't break permanently in a money or less i mean if you want to throw the phone away let him fix it or if you think because someone knows something you don't you can watch a YouTube video and learn how to do it just as easily and not give your money to this greedy man he is hands down a crook i promise you the biggest crook!!! Your response to my post about your company shows right there that you truly are a piece of shit I mean most businesses ask the person how they could've made their experience better bot not you. You already know you are a piece of work and you'll just about do whatever you have to do to get a sale and if someone has an issue with your work you are 'too busy' to come back and look at the work you did but if they have something else their wanting to pay for you'll be right there. It's all good I have seen your type before you wont make it long in life. You;ll end up dying early of something like a heart attack or something bless your heart.

    Tony is an amazing asset to this company. My account was with Sprint and had been created in such a…read moreway that representatives had trouble dealing with it everytime I called in. When T-mobile merged with Sprint, I attempted to migrate my account to a T-Mobile personal account at this same location a few months ago and spent 4 hours in the store. After all of that time, The lady ran into an error and could not complete the transaction. I came back to try again and found Tony. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. After an hour if research (this is how complex my account was) he knew how he would correct it and migrate it over to T-Mobile. He explained the process as he went through it and did what he said he would. Tony even took it a step further and contacted customer service to finish the process weeks later. He has been in constant contact with me updating me on every aspect. I was looking at going to Verizon after dealing with the last representative. I had been with Sprint for 20 years and Tony provided me with the customer service I was used to.

    Buckle up. When I…read morecame into the office, told the tech I was having blackout issues (maybe GPU) and then it evolved into blackout and restart issues. It then turned into the PC not starting up and crashing on startup. I got an error message that said I had a corrupt/missing windows file and it needed to have windows reinstalled. So, I attempted to do that locally and the computer had the same result. Since I didn't have a backup computer, I had to bring in my PC to you guys and get it fixed. I dropped of my PC on May 12th and had an in-depth discussion with one of the techs and he said it might be just windows and it might also be a bad GPU OR it could be a thermal issue from the CPU. He suggested that he may have to look at replacing the thermal paste. I asked when it would be done and he said likely Tuesday, May 14 at the latest. I said no big deal, I can make do for 2 days. I left feeling confident I would hear back soon. Since a windows reinstall and stress test doesn't take a skilled tech nor does it take a lot of time. (Maybe 4 hours tops). Fast forward to Wednesday and I haven't heard a thing about my PC. So, I call and apparently the tech wasn't available to do the repair and it would be done by Thursday... Ok, its already late and now its going to be even later. This isnt a tough fix. Fast forward to Thursday. I get off work late after not hearing anything from the office. and your office is closed and I have no way of leaving a voicemail asking where my hardware is. Cool. Feeling pretty frustrated at this point. Friday now and I call again at 2:18 PM and ask what is going on. The person looks up my profile and tells me "We ran a diagnostic and it looks like you need a new windows installed.".................Ok, so you haven't done anything at all. BECAUSE THATS WHAT I TOLD YOU I NEEDED YOU TO DO WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. I was then told that the tech who is going to do the repair, wait for it, "ISNT IN TODAY AND WILL HAVE TO DO IT TOMORROW". Ok at this point, I have 0 faith in your ability to manage a store, much less actually repair my hardware. I get off the phone preparing to come get the PC and tell them to forget about it. ALAS, the manager calls me and says they have trouble passing off work and apologizing for the inconvenience (He also told me it would be done That day or the day after. Sweet whatever just fix my PC please). I have worked in retail and I understand that struggle so I had patience with them. [what little I had left] Saturday: It's 3:56 PM and I haven't heard a word from the store... so I call them. "Heyyyy so the tech who is supposed to fix this isn't in today so it'll probably be tomorrow." At this point, I'm done. I am ready to come get the PC but I am busy so I cant come get it. Sunday: They open at 12. I call at 12:08. "Where is my PC, Is it done?" -Alic "Hey so we looked at it yesterday but the tech who is going to work on it won't be in until tomorrow so we should have it done tomorrow." "Ok so y'all have successfully 'We will have this done Tomorrow'd me into oblivion so go ahead and put a stop work on that PC and I will come and pick it up today. Thanks for trying but don't worry about it." The front desk lady said ok and sorry about it. I then get a call (not kidding) 16 minutes later. With a voicemail from Crystal saying that the repair is done and has been successfully stress tested. In 16 minutes. Hm. Interesting. I find it hard to believe that a real genuine level of stress testing was done to ensure there are no other underlining issues. Also, I told you to stop working on it.... So I drive to the store to pick up my pc. The lady at the front desk recognized me and said I was "a trooper" "mmhm". She goes back to get the pc and someone else tells me it was updates and stress tested. "what tests did you run?" I wanted to know what was normal? Did they do anything we discussed when I dropped it off? What OS is on it? The first tech said they may try Windows 10 and 11 to see if it reacted the same. I'm going to guess that none of that tested actually happened in the 16 minutes it took you to "fix" the PC. Well, when I asked, turns out they didn't do a complete test of the PC and They gave me a sticky note with stress tests I can run at home..... hahahaha wtf. THEN THEY PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME FULL PRICE FOR SERVICE. I have never felt more disrespected from a service industry location. Fire your management and restart at this store. Customer service lvl 0. Awareness lvl 0. Reusability lvl 0.

    I visited the Chastain Road MetroPCS last Monday because I was in need of a car phone charger,…read moreafter traveling over the weekend. The store was really clean and modern looking. The service was also really good from the cashier. Every associate was smiling and the one that helped me, was really upbeat. It was my lucky day because the chargers were on sale. I ended up purchasing two because they were half off. They had four colors: blue, black, red, and purple, so I decided on a blue wall charger and a purple car charger. The quality was good as well and not the type that you will find with a wire shortage after two weeks. I also found out that because this is a corporate location, the chargers will include a one year warranty, should they stop working. Overall, I would definitely return if I need another accessory, and I may return soon to upgrade my phone.
