Today I call for a transfer pin and they tell me first they are having technological issues then they said my number was locked which was not true they then proceed to tell me they can get my bill to 60 bucks.. but last week before I decided to leave I called and they pretty much said it was nothing they could do to lower it. I spoke to several ppl on the phone in the app all of that and not one person helped me they gave me the runaround until the center closed and I couldn't speak with anyone. Kim a supervisor got on chat and was rude saying she can't do anything and call a number and then nothing! How she got to be a supervisor I do not know. Verizon sucks and if you are thinking about giving them a try you are better off with straight talk at Walmart. I picked this store to review because it was the store I went to five times in one day when they wouldn't take my phone back and they just as crappy as the six people I spoke with today. I was very happy with CPRG's price, how quickly they got the job done, and how incredibly kind they were. Easy-going, cool dudes. The quality of the repair was not what I expected, however. I thought it would be perfectly clean and looking brand new, but it's extremely noticeable that it's not the original lens and looks like it suffered the most minor chipping along the rim a bit. Especially since there's an original lens right next to it, it's pretty obvious. Now none of that affects when I take a photo (although neither did a completely shattered lens) and I don't trip that someone would notice. My only concern will be when it comes time to trade in for the latest model.
