    I came in & this white girl that attended me had an attitude & I got a bad vibe from her so I left, awful customer service at this location

    One of my camera lenses got smashed when my phone dropped and I have never had to get a phone fixed…read moreso I was worried I'd get charged something ridiculous. I was very happy with CPRG's price, how quickly they got the job done, and how incredibly kind they were. Easy-going, cool dudes. The quality of the repair was not what I expected, however. I thought it would be perfectly clean and looking brand new, but it's extremely noticeable that it's not the original lens and looks like it suffered the most minor chipping along the rim a bit. Especially since there's an original lens right next to it, it's pretty obvious. Now none of that affects when I take a photo (although neither did a completely shattered lens) and I don't trip that someone would notice. My only concern will be when it comes time to trade in for the latest model.

If I had known about these Guys at Cell Phone Repair Guys of Addison my life would have been made sooooooo much easier and have not spent so much money for terrible repairs and lost equipment due to bad repairs. These guys are the most honest, upfront, care 100% about their clients. You don't find companies and employees who are professional and truly care about their quality of work. They went above and beyond to ensure that our iPad Pro was in perfect condition after a bad charging port and then terrible screen issues to battery starting to bubble. They took time and made sure that we got back our iPad Pro in the best possible condition saving us a ton of money. There communication was right on the entire process. I won't go anywhere else for my iPads, iPhones, Macbooks, etc!! They are a diamond in the rough for cell and computer repair. Thank you Noah for everything!

They had no idea how to and obviously didn't care. When I asked if I should try this option I was told that I had answered my own question. Today I wanted to purchase a new iPhone, Non of the two I requested were available and I was told to visit an Apple Store or order one and wait. When I asked for an itemized breakdown of my plan, he got up without saying a word, walked away, and came back to place the paper aggressively in front of me. That was just one example--the entire 2+ hour interaction was uncomfortable and unnecessarily hostile. I've switched carriers before, and the first bill is never what they quote you in-store. So this time, I made sure to ask every question upfront. Apparently, that annoyed Mark, because he acted like I should already know the ins and outs of every AT&T plan before walking through the door. He also wouldn't give straight answers about insurance. He kept pushing AT&T's insurance, repeating that if I break the phone, I'll be stuck paying for it. I tried to confirm whether having AppleCare--cheaper in my case--would cause issues since the replacement device would have a different serial number from the financed one. I had to ask him four separate times before he finally answered my question. Even after I declined the insurance, it still ended up on my bill. And then came the first month's bill. The itemized quote Mark gave me was just under $250. My actual bill? Almost $700. I understand the first month is higher--Mark made that very clear--but this was nearly triple the quoted amount. It took another 2+ hours on the phone with multiple departments to fix everything he messed up. Every other employee at this location has been great. But if you go here, do yourself a favor and avoid Mark.
