first off they never answer the phone! Lots of attitude and non helpful when you go in as well. Went to another store they were fantastic. The main manager the day I went in had a major attitude problem and didnt know what the heck she was talking about! If I handled my customer service that way with my clients I would be in deep trouble. They did do way better! Please everyone go to the apple store to buy your phones then establish service! Worst experience ever! at This location definitely needs to train there employees properly on how to provide proper customer service! I work in customer service myself so I do understand it's not always easy dealing with people but that is apart of the job you signed up for. Ameera (not sure if that's how you spell his name) definitely needs to be retrained on how to treat a guest/ customer. In no circumstance should you get smart with a customer and try to be funny not sure who taught him that was okay. Nor should you be unwilling to want to help a guest in any way you can. AMIR was absolutely the most disrespectful I do not understand how he is the assistant manager. I first worked with a guy named Mike he was very nice helped me with my new line and upgrade. When I did the transaction I let them know my ID had been stolen I had other forms of Id and could verify all info on the account I did the transaction. When I came to do the trade in they said I cannot do it without physical ID I explained to AMIR I remembered him helping me with Mike and he said Ive never seen you before and i needed an ID no exceptions I said why was it not a problem when I was upgrading and adding a line. He explained the phones were expensive and it was for safety I said where was this concern before, he put his hand up and said " IM DONE WITH YOU" it was completely inappropriate and Rude when my BF claimed fraud on their part he then called the store manager and said they can take the trade ins. It was sexist to disrespect me a woman but then when my BF jumped in and said they were at fault from the beginning they should have never sold me the phone's if my ID was the issue he changed his tune. BEWARE OF VERIZON THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. DONT EVER TRADE YOUR PHONE IN AND SIGN UP FOR ONE OF THEIR "PROMOTIONS". I have been a loyal customer to Verizon wireless for 15 plus years but as soon as possible I will be cancelling my service. I bought a pixel 6 pro and payed it off out right. When the new pixel 7 pro came out about a year later I traded in my pixel 6 pro, that was in brand new condition, and was under the impression that all I needed to do was pay the overhead for the new phone and I would then own that phone and nothing would change on my plan. Now the new pixel 8 is coming out and I was going to do the same thing again and trade in my basically brand new phone , pay the overhead for the new phone and then own that phone. So I call to customer service to order my new phone. I was going to bring them even more business once again but instead of that happening I was made aware of a "promotion" I had been entered into without all the details of the contract being presented to me. It turns out that the scam ,excuse me, "promotion" that I had been entered into had a clause that stated that Verizon would only pay me 19 dollars and 44 cents towards the phone each month on my bill for 36 months and if I want to opt out of that promotion I would have to pay them another 498 dollars towards the phone that I gave them that I already owned outright!! How is this even legal??? This is a scam that traps people in their contracts for years....... this is not how you do business. This is not how you treat loyal customers. Verizon is scamming good people out of their money. With inflation sky rocketing Verizon is scamming their customers. They owe me 498 dollars on a phone that I owned and gave them but now if I want to buy a new phone I have to pay them 498 Dollars for a phone that I already owned and gave to them and they already re sold and profited again. A new person Jesus and a new manager Aamir helped me. They were nice but holy cow did they mess my account. Took over 2 hours on the phone with IT to unscrew the mess they did. They didnt activate my phone or my watch. The first 2 IT people that helped me where hopeless, had no idea how to fix the issue, then a 3rd person jumped in to help, spent another hour with that guy. I have no idea what Aamir did. He seemed to know everything and was super helpful and nice, but messed up my account. Long hold times and incompetent customer service representatives. The phone service itself is good though.

Very slow and inefficient. Came in because I saw a promotion online. Was told I was the second customer in line but waited for more than an hour to meet with a sales guy. Then it took the guy more than half an hour to come up with a quote, despite me clearly outlining my needs more than once. Turns out, the fine print on the online offer is super tiny and restrictive. It shouldn't have taken 1.5 hours to come to this conclusion. The agents who work there should know their plans and products and/or the company should have way more transparency. read more

Awful. Verizon put a SIM lock on my phone which is STILL there even though the phone is paid off. This literally prevents me from being able to switch carriers. Called Verizon IT twice...they couldn't unlock it. Went into the store...they brushed me aside and said they don't have the ability to do that in the store, and I have to call IT. Calling now yet again. This is getting very frustrating. I've been dealing with various Verizon employees for a week, and no one seems to know how to remove the SIM lock. This doesn't seem legal. They are preventing me from switching to a diff carrier by doing this. I may be reporting them to the BBB/consumer protection agencies. read more

Came in to purchase a plan and move an existing line over to the plan as well. Had no problems selling us a plan, but boy did the guy screw us over. Dude half assed the entire process and we had to deal with online customer service to get it fixed. Won't be going back here again because these guys are only interested in the sale, not making sure it's done right. Dude was terrible at trying to build rapport too. I came here to purchase the new iPhone 7. I was assisted by a gentleman in there and discussed the options available. I chose to trade in my phone and do some sort of device payment plan and would owe around 500 after the trade in for two phones. I spent a great deal of time with the sales person to ensure that it was exactly what I wanted. I purchased the phones and left. The following weekend to turn in my phone. The original sales person was not there so I was assisted by another individual. He said that my phone would take 300 off making me owe $550 for that one and it would be $450 for the other one. I told him that that is not what the other gentleman had told me. He basically told me either take it or not. So I returned both phones and they charge me a $35 restocking fee because of their failures. After spending more than 3 hours there while they tried to straighten out the account I left for dinner and had to return because they were not done. I was told that it would be fixed when we came back after dinner and ended waiting another 45 plus minutes. Needless to say I don't recommend this place. read more

I have two lines and they friendly as fuck when u trying to get more services but soon you have an issues no one can seem to help u! I have 5 phones with Verizon and have been a loyal customer for years. I ordered a wireless router to try out at the house and it used up all our data so we chose to return it. Apparently, if you don't buy from this Verizon store they don't want to help you and tell you to call the call center. For a phone communications company, they are terrible with communication. Why wouldn't they just call customer service themselves and take care of it? Instead I have to waste time on the phone myself. WORST STORE EVER. read more

Worst Verizon Store in their system. I had the misfortune of trying to replace a lost phone at the Belt Line location. We have a corporate account and have gone through the phone replacement exercise many times at other locations, primarily, on Northwest Highway. A Ms. Flores was the employee I drew for this adventure and was very disappointed. She acted as though she knew the ins and outs of a corporate phone replacement when in fact, she knew nothing at all. She initially insisted that a fill out an insurance claim which is totally false. Her attitude was bad, to say the least and she informed me of many rules and regulations Verizon imposed on their customers, including having to wait 10 minutes for them to be able to open a safe to get my new phone. I questioned why the safe was not opened upon opening the store and she said that it was to deter robberies. (Can't remember ever hearing of a Verizon store ever being held up but it may occur after service like this!). This NEVER happened at other locations! I said that was a bad corporate policy since it hindered paying customers and she could care less. I suggested it may be time to move our accounts to AT&T and she seemed good with that. I doubt additional training will correct her problem. Upon returning to my office, I was told others in our office had similar experiences and made the drive to the Montfort location to avoid the Beltline store . I would suggest the same for anyone buying or replacing a phone, life's too short to spend it at the Verizon store on Belt Line! read more

We moved to Verizon few months ago, MO was the representative that signed us up, we upgraded our iphone 6s to the iPhone 7 and was told we get 650$ credit on the old phones and we won't pay for the new phones. After few months which the service and signal was very poor no Metter where we went and we were suppose to get credits which we didnt received, we decided to go back to at&t. Surprisingly we received a final bill of 2 full price new iPhone 7 even though we gave our full paid iphone 6s instead. So basically we were robbed. For 1400$. Plus 189$ of a credit which we were promised ( I have a text msg from Mo as a proof) also because of the different net they use the phones we bought from Verizon doesn't work promptly with AT&T, so the phones are useless. there is a reason why Verizon stores are always empty and AT&T are always packed. Went into this store yesterday because my phone was not working and I was not in the area of my usual Verizon store and they ended up not being able to fix it which is totally fine I felt that my phone was getting old anyway so it was no surprise to me. I decided to go ahead and upgrade my phone. Since my phone was unable to turn on the associate told me I could not back my phone up there. But not only that my new phone was not even taken out of the box or activated and when I went home and followed the instructions he told me they did not at all work. I'm very disappointed in this process as I even asked why I couldn't back up my phone at the store and was given an answer that wasn't correct. I will be sticking to my usual store and have to go back to a Verizon store today to get my phone activated and useable. Very frustrating and seemingly avoidable situation. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a VZ Wireless Corporate Store ever! I purchased two Samsung Gear S2 Watches for Christmas. The sales rep, Gloria was awesome! However, service after the sale is nonexistent. They are only interested in "selling" you a phone, watch or other wireless device. They could care less about you after you walk out the door with your purchase. My wife was experiencing issues with her new Samsung Galaxy Note 5 phone. Get this - FIVE people in the store tried to resolve the issue and failed. We were told they would do more research and call us with a solution. Never happened! Never called. My wife watched YouTube videos and figured out how to solve the problem -- WITHOUT doing a hard reset on the phone which is their favorite solution for everything. Next, the band on my brand new Gear S2 fell off, because a screw came loose. I went to the store. Really didn't expect them to replace the band right there on the spot. However, I did think since I had just spent $500 on two watches and I do pay VZ Wireless about $200 every month, that something would be done. Oh no -- absolutely no assistance. I was told that "You can drive over to the Samsung Repair center in Plano (30 miles round trip) and they will help you or you can call the Samsung 800 number (and set on hold for an hour!!!) Totally worthless customer service. All I wanted someone to do was say, "Hey we're sorry that has happened. We value you as a customer and we would be happy to get you a replacement band for your NEW watch that WE SOLD YOU last week!" Oh no - I was blown off and then when I got upset, I was laughed at by one of the Sales Reps named Henry and the Store Manager also seemed amused that I did not just accept his lack of care or service. I really like VZ Wireless as far as the coverage, and service. However, if you think anyone at this store is going to care about what happens to that new phone or device you just bought after you walk out - think again. Not only do they not care... They will laugh as they tell you to call an 800 number in India to get the problem fixed. Worst customer experience EVER. Just stay away, if you think you will ever need help with a device. Or, go to another store. Avoid this one at all costs!! read more

Took my father here to get his phone repaired or a replacement since the earpiece stopped working and he was going out of the country for a month. He purchased his phone on January 1, it was replace for the same problem 13 days later, and now it had the same issue, customer service said it was a known issue with this model Motrola Maxx 2. Neither the customer service rep or her manager Barbara could get the phone fixed or give us a replacement or allow us to exchange the phone for something that does not have any known issues. I understand there are policies and procedures to follow, but when you have been a loyal customer since 2002 and you buy a product that is a lemon I would expect the managers to make an exception especially since he was going to be gone for a whole month with a phone that did not work. We even asked the manager if we could cancel the account and she did not care. She had a very nonchalant attitude even after we said we would go to another Company and never buy Verizon wireless again. The manager could not care less. I think robots could have more empathy and this woman, they should replace all the employees with robots and program them to say the same thing that this manager was saying over and over about policies. read more
