It was a very maddening and unsatisfactory experience. Had I known there was a difference I would have gone to the corporate store the first time and saved myself lots of grief. I called the company within 5 minutes of opening the package, no answer after being on hold for around 47 minutes. Tried again the following day, same thing. After 2 and a half months of daily calling, I received an email from them with a number to call. I called it immediately - I was told I only had 30 days to return and that there was "Nothing we could do for me." It was at this point I decided to purchase a gun, rent a car, and go show them how I felt about their phone. My wife promptly explained to me that Christmas was coming, and the kids need their father. I think about driving to Texas on a daily basis, just dreaming about what I should have done. Gave them a shot and Mike was great at helping us find a phone to replace my aging S10. Recharge offered a Samsung S23 Ultra in prime condition for $800. Compare that to Best Buy (next best price) at $945 on sale and it's easy to see how great the deals here are. After purchase, went down to my local service store, got it setup, and purchased a case and screen protector for less than Best Buy's price. The value and service here are so good, we're already discussing the possibility of buying my wife's phone here in the next year. He offered a condescending apology, so I politely told him not to apologise and to be better. The next day, I returned during the middle of the day ready to sell my device. This time, I was refused because I was "rude to their employee". It's clear that employees with bad attitudes and a lack of customer service focus will eventually drive customers away. I wasted gas on two round trips for nothing and lost the money I would have earned for the monitor. This is unacceptable. You need to fire Tomas. He has a bad attitude and a spirit of offence.

Getting the back glass replaced was $89 + tax and when I paid, she held down the receipt covering the tip line. Whether that was intentional or not, I appreciate that she didn't ask for a tip. She called when it was ready and it was right on time of what she estimated. The phone looks great and when I walked in, she was trying to polish the scuffs off (there was no hope). The replacement also comes with a 30 day warranty. Friendly customer service and quickly repaired the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to return, but hopefully I won't need to!
