When Sprint was merging with T-Mobile I got nervous! I was happy with Spring and didn't want…read moreanything to change. Well, nothing changed! I was able to keep my free Hulu account and my bill was almost the same, only better because with sprint it would go up by some change almost every month but with T-Mobile it stayed consistent. Then, I merged lines with somebody else who also had T-Mobile and now we are both saving money by splitting the bill. Woohoo! I lost my free Hulu by doing this, but I gained free Netflix! So it all worked out. I also love T-Mobile Tuesdays, in which every Tuesday we get some sort of freebies and other discounts for random companies. All of the employees are very helpful and courteous. I was mislead my one employee about something. I doubt it was on purpose. I had an offer for 50% off the current iPhone, but the new model was coming out in 4 months and she told me they'd offer the same deal or better so I should just hold off. However, the new phone came out and I was not eligible for any discount aside from a cheap trade-in offer for my old phone. So although I was mislead, I would have made the same purchase anyway so I'm not mad about it. Just wish it were true. I never any issues with service or my bill. I do recommend doing business with T-Mobile!

Whether or not it was covered by the warranty was the issue. The rep gave me some bad news said my phone was unsalvageable and the warranty was void. When I asked for assistance with options and had questions. The rep was very reluctant to answer my questions. I asked for the manager. He came out, said he was only out to verify what his rep said, which was very little, then refused to provide any options or even an empathetic attitude. He came off as rude, and uncaring.Empathy, and at least the perception of empathy is Customer Service 101. Even if I have to get a new phone, it wouldn't be through that store.

Eric hooked us up by replacing the battery. $90 and it's good as new! Still way cheaper than getting her a new phone. Especially since no 6yo needs an actual phone!! Lol

The first thing that happened is that I noticed that the replacement battery was not charging even though the screen said it was. I brought it back to the shop. They ran a diagnostic and discovered that the new battery they put in was defective. I don't blame them for the part being defective but I do blame them for not running the diagnostics test immediately after installing it and before I picked it up. Sure they replaced the battery again at no charge but they should have cought the issue and simply called me to explain the delay. I would have been understanding and and fine with waiting an extra day. As far as another issue, after picking it up the second time, l brought it home, charged it and the device is working fine with one exception. Apparently, after removing the screen twice to replace the battery, somehow the magnetic on-off switch under the screen got damaged and my magnetic case no longer turns the device on or off when opening and closing the cover. Probably going to have to live with it that way, out of fear that if they remove the screen again, something else might break. I hope this was a fluke and not the norm. I still think people should bring their devices their for evaluation and repair but I would caution them to thoroughly check their device upon pickup.

I would recommend anyone come here to get their devices fixed. It's one of those places where they aren't trying to rip you off every second of the day and that's probably why people keep coming back. Much cheaper than the dealers and significantly more helpful than any of the official stores. Coming here is the equivalent of finding a guy who lives next door and can fix your device for peanuts. It's not peanuts but compared to how much the retail stores are charging it may as well be free. I recommend this place to anyone who's having trouble with their devices. Notice that there are two of them across the hall from each other inside the Eastern Hills Mall. One of them is much bigger. I'm not really sure what the differences are besides that.
