Handed down my iPhone 7 to my 6yo daughter. She basically uses it like an iPod. Only thing wrong with it was the battery had no life. Unfortunately, I jumped the gun writing my original review. After writing the review, I had unexpected problems with the repairs done on my iPad. The first thing that happened is that I noticed that the replacement battery was not charging even though the screen said it was. I brought it back to the shop. They ran a diagnostic and discovered that the new battery they put in was defective. I don't blame them for the part being defective but I do blame them for not running the diagnostics test immediately after installing it and before I picked it up. Sure they replaced the battery again at no charge but they should have cought the issue and simply called me to explain the delay. I would have been understanding and and fine with waiting an extra day. As far as another issue, after picking it up the second time, l brought it home, charged it and the device is working fine with one exception. Apparently, after removing the screen twice to replace the battery, somehow the magnetic on-off switch under the screen got damaged and my magnetic case no longer turns the device on or off when opening and closing the cover. Probably going to have to live with it that way, out of fear that if they remove the screen again, something else might break. I hope this was a fluke and not the norm. I still think people should bring their devices their for evaluation and repair but I would caution them to thoroughly check their device upon pickup. read more

Dropped off Ipad July 23. Supposed to be finished July 28 for a new charge port. Its now August 1. No calls for updates. I called them and they said its still disassembled. Called their customer service number 1-877-320-2237 and they are of no help. Picked it up August 3rd with new damage (see pics below). The owner Len claims it must of been damaged when I brought it in but I know it wasn't (in otterbox defender since day 1) and my receipt shows Like new/no damage. He said it is common for ipads to crack in that spot and he could show me tons of pics. I said I would email him pics and he said he would email me pics of similar damage to other iads because it is common. I emailed him at williamsville@ubreakifix.com. He never emailed me. He said he would buy one off of ebay to replace mine. Not as of yet. I emailed him twice with no response. They may be able to fix things but they don't own up to their mistakes. read more

I stopped in after dropping my phone face down and putting an ugly crack on the screen in addition to what appeared to be one that I had before. Upon arrival i told the associate what I was hoping to do and he quoted me a price and then after taking a quick look he asked me what was bothering me about the screen... turns out it had a screen protector on it that Verizon must have snuck on there as one of their creepy add ons and that had absorbed the damage. So he sold me a new one and put it on for me and I was on the way within a few minutes. I was definitely relieved that I didn't have to replace the whole screen and was also thankful that they were honest and didn't replace something that didn't need replacement. read more

I cannot say enough great things about this store. To be honest, I never even heard of it until a coworker suggested it during an emergency. I'm in healthcare operations and due to some recent pandemic, there has been panic. I rely alot on my phone to communicate to my staff in the field and working from home. The speaker/microphone in my phone blew out and I couldn't talk to anyone which made things very difficult. The people at this store were so beyond accommodating. They rushed me in, fixed my issues and gave me a peace of mind. If it weren't for social distancing, I would have hugged them!! They are partnered with Google, Samsung and Apple so they use officially licensed parts. My phone is like brand new!! They also sell accessories and work on laptops, desktops and other electronics. I have been waiting for a part for my laptop since 11/4. Every time I call this location it's a different story. Last couple times I called they kept saying we are waiting for part. No call was ever made to me to give me any kind of updates. I call today and they NOW TELL ME THE CLAIM WAS DENIED. I have never in my life have had this level of customer service. I have been waiting two months and now to tell me it was denied. I will never ever use this company again and will make sure all my friends and family avoid this business and especially this location. read more

I went into the store the other day to inquire about prices for fixing my iPhone X. I had several problems including the power jack. The guy,I'm sorry I forgot your name, said that it might just be some dirt in the jack. In about 10 mins he cleaned the jack and now it works perfectly. No charge! The next day I brought my phone back in for serious repairs screen and battery. Three hours later I had my phone back and it was like new. Perfect repair!
