She worked on it for 2 1/2 hours trying to change the drivers she charged me $80 and she said there's nothing really that I could do. She told me that I could trade in my computer and get more money. At first, I got a call saying the motherboard was completely damaged and likely beyond repair, which was disappointing. Then the next day, they called back and said they had spent more time looking into it and were actually able to fix it. The repair ended up costing an additional $150, but it was absolutely worth it. My kids' PS5 had stopped accepting discs, and now it's working again. They also advised against relying on random YouTube repair tutorials (oops), since DIY fixes can sometimes make the problem much worse (especially if you're clueless like me).
