Would not recommend. My device was returned with a broken home button and with damage on the back. Really poor customer service. For the inconvenience and damage I was offered a discount of $3.31. I had a good experience at IT Gardens. I called around Buffalo to see the best price to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed out of network. I learned that the pricing is similar throughout (around $100). IT Gardens however added a 90 day warranty. I found that to be the extra push. The repair itself was around 20 minutes. I didn't mind that as much as the fact that the area of Grant Street the store is located on is not really where I like to walk around in those 20 minutes... read more

The IT Garden is a cellphone business that is either a hit or miss. For a small business they have a lot of amenities and skills that make them attractive.From cell phone customers on a budget to those who a few dollars to spend. Pros of the business are they can replace Iphone LCD's and the variety of cellphone brands to choose from. New brands like BLU to well known brands such as Samsung. They offer you a way to pay your bills and start new plans as well for a few no contract companies. Cons are the customer service. The store cares more about maximizing profit than helping its local residents stay connected. Whether it is helping a customer buy a new battery or selling sub par brands at outrageous prices. They prey upon the fact that there is no competition for an IT store in the area. It is almost as bad as buying water from the only store in a desert. My point is a store is more than just the items it sells. If you don't like practices of the owner of a store or its employees, that 15 minute car ride to the mall can be seen as worth it. It is the overall demeanor and characterizes the neighborhood. Sheisty businesses give the appearance that the neighborhood is also sheisty. This is not the face that the Westside wants nor can afford while on it's on its internal revolution. read more

Wonderful service and very knowledgeable!! I took my computer here to fix the charging port and it was fixed in less than 24 hours!! I am an engineering college student so my laptop with all the programs I have on it is my life, and he made sure to get it back to me quickly so I didn't miss a beat at school! I have taken my laptop here twice for different reasons and he was able to fix both quick fast and affordable without a problem. You can tell they are very knowledgeable here and explain it to you in a way that is concise and easy to understand! Had a small crack in the upper weight hand corner of my phone and the gent behind the counter told me it wasnt even worth fixing, so points for that. When I explained that it was damaged at work and that the cosmetic factor was important to the job(have you seen an episode of Cheap Eats ) and that it was worth fixing, he obliged. Giving the phone a workout in this review and all seems well. And if it isn't, they have a lifetime warranty for not physical related issues. Worth the money for sure. I took my computer there when the screen shorted out suddenly, They were very friendly and it was fixed within a couple hours and the cost wasn't bad either! I was surprised by how fast they got my computer repaired. They had the part they needed on hand, even though it is an older laptop that is no longer made (Lenovo Thinkpad). Truly great service. I took my iPhone there and it was repaired in a very short time at half the cost of BestBuy or the Apple Store. No appointment, walking distance and I had my phone back in minutes. I took in a malfunctioning computer projector, and they quickly diagnosed the problem (the CRC chip), got back to me quickly, ordered the part and did the repair--all in a week. I went to IT Garden to repair my iPad because of the stellar reviews and I was not disappointed. The service is honest, professional and reasonably priced. They are so helpful and very knowledgeable. The tip of the charger had broken off inside the charging dock of my iPad and they spent two days carefully removing the broken pieces. The screen was also cracked and they replaced that. For these two major repairs they charged me well under $200--total. The Apple Store had told me to cut my losses and buy another iPad. I cannot recommend this store enough. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANY TYPE OF WORK!!! LEFT MY PHONE WITH THEM FOR A WEEK & IT IS STILL BROKEN!!! I have no idea how they do not have one review on here less than 3 stars. Seriously, all 5 star reviews? Seems suspect that not one person has had so much as a mediocre experience with them. Especially since the 2x's I stopped by, the other customers in there did not seem at all happy with the lack of a tech on site. They are completely unreliable & they messed my phone up more that it was when I brought it in. Also, the "tech" is never on site. They are not organized at all. Zero customer service. Worst experience I've had getting my phone fixed & I've had it repaired 2x's. (Once for the screen & once for the charging port.) Brought my iphone 5 in for a screen repair & new charging port. Got phone back & it froze at the boot up screen w/ the Apple logo. Called them the next day & was told the 'tech' was not in & to bring the phone in Monday. Dropped the phone off on Monday. Was told he would need to order a battery for it as he did not have one at the shop. Given an ETA of Wed/Thurs to be fixed. Called Wednesday & was told the battery had not come in. Called Thursday, was told it would be ready by Friday at 3pm. (Btw, if you are hoping they will contact you with any updates on the issue or to get a new ETA, you will be out of luck. You have to badger them for any sort of update about the issues.) Called Friday at 4p, was told the battery had been shipped, but had not arrived. Was also told that if the battery did not arrive, he would "find a way to get one," & the phone would definitely, positively be done by Saturday. Called Saturday at 2pm & was told the "tech" was not in. At this point I have given up on them. I'm going right now to pick up my phone & take it somewhere else.
