    Went in today to get 2 new phones and transfer 1 line. After a young man Michael Towns (who was…read moreabout to go to lunch, But helped us before he stepped out) helped us. We not only got the phones but decided to switch our cable and internet as well. He was GREAT. Went above and beyond to help us. We went to all major phone companies in the surrounding area and this was by far the best deal for us. Because we looked for the best value, this was a 2 day process for us so I know it took a little extra time, again Michael Towns was really, really great and helped us understand all of our options. If you go in and get him you for sure will experience great customer service. I do have to say I watched the other reps with other people coming in and they all did a great job too. Super friendly and informed staff. Thanks again Micheal! (I did not know this guy until today, this is a honest review after receiving great service) *Bonus for our family- it was only $5 a phone for insurance! Other places were way more. Totally worth checking out.

    We had an issue with our phones losing service during a storm and one wouldn't work again…read moreafterwards. After a month of trying to repair the phone they finally sent a one time warranty exchange for the wrong phone. The day I got the phone I called to have a return label sent and they stalled so long that it left it over the 14 day return window. I've been paying on a phone this whole time they won't take back. They also offered a free line for a year and then charged me for it, the anytime upgrade is not unlimited or anytime even though I pay extra for it every month. This company has milked me out of money as much as I can stand and I wouldn't recommend them at all.

I…read morewas told my bill would be $170 and it's been $230 for 3 months and I've been in this store 3 times to meet with Tiffany and she didn't show any of the times I had an appt with her. I finally got it resolved over chat in the app and it took 20 mins. Tiffany hasn't helped me at all in 3 months even though she said she would. The corporate office may wanna go check on this store, they are awful to deal with.

They don't have the customer best interest at all. Don't fall for the promotions like I did, because they really are too good to be true. I'm stuck with a tablet I didn't even want originally and $20 service fee after I was told by the sales rep it was free of charge and no monthly fee when I switched over to t mobile. I went back to the store to have this correct and was told it made no different to bill by the manager after there is clear as day a $20 service fee added to my bill for the tablet. I have the magnet military plan for one line it is $75 a month or $70 with autopay and with $20 service fee for the tablet it makes about $95. The manger told me I am not paying the $20 fee and the bill would be about $95 either way, that sales rep is very good at his job and gave me the best deal, there was no cheaper plan for me available. Which was a lie, there was a better option I just wasn't given that. You can go on the t mobile website and see the highest magenta military plan is only $85 and the one below that is $75. I even spoke to customer care after I left the store for second time that day just to confirm I wasn't misunderstanding my bill and they confirmed my bill would only $75 or $70 with autopay without $20 added service for the tablet and I was correct. I spoke with them before I went into the store and they encouraged me to go in person to see to speak with the manager and see what could be done on there end which was a complete waste of time. I wish I never switched over to t mobile and stay with my previously phone company and phone plan. It is shame that they allow employees to operate like that and finagle and deceive customers like that just to make a sale.

    I have been a customer for over 20 years. always had good service until now. I traded 2 phones in…read morefor upgrades. Suddenly the credit on one phone changed. I called and was told the phone was damaged when they received it at the warehouse. The phone was working right up to trade in. Customer service told me they see use. The customer service person was amazing, but said I had to go into the store and talk to them. Well that is where the service was horrible. The young man pretty much said I was out of luck. Another customer was in with issues too. I asked to talk to the manager and was told he wouldn't be in for 4 days. I was then asked to leave the store because I was getting upset with person helping. I was floored. I left and went back when the manager was in. Well he was worse. Pretty much said that his computer showed it was damaged when it was turned in and not working at all. I asked how you could text and make calls if it didn't work? I said to look at the history and he'd see it worked. He said I had no proof otherwise so I was pretty much out of luck. He call corporate and left his phone on speaker. Again that person on the phone was great. Very personable and friendly. He reached out to a supervisor who came back and said they will have to go with what the store said. While we were waiting on the phone the manager at the store acted very annoyed and would walk away even when the customer service person was chatting with me and keeping updated on what was going on. I was asked if I had the receipt for the trade in. I found them today and quests what? The person who took the trade ins in gave me2 copies. Supposedly one for each phone. Well he gave a print out but 2 copies of the same phone. That store is very shady. I wish I could switch carriers but they are the only service we can get in my area. Go to a different stor!

After two weeks I find out my plan was going to cost me $249. So I cancelled the plan (I can't afford that) it was not a free trial and I have been fighting a collection agency for for two years

    As an old employee of my tech USA let me tell you the facts about this place. Im not able to see…read morethis place from a customer point of view because I wouldn't bring something here if it was the last place on earth. But life working at my tech USA is nothing short of horrible. Not saying this due to the customers that came in. But it's due to those i worked for. The Corporate of my tech USA is single handedly THE WORSE Corporate I have ever had the displeasure of working for. At 1st it was the best job I have ever had. Then slowly it be came the worst. The start to things is that Corporate was in charge of ordering all parts for repairs that needed to be done. Which worked fine, for a while..... After a short time it seemed no stores were getting any parts for any repairs. This lasted about two months till we heard about the stores in Virginia ordering their own parts, so we started to do the same. Then out of the blue we stopped using direct deposit and the checks were mailed to our stores each payday. However starting in about November the checks were always late by a few days and from what I heard from one of the employees that still works there They still are. Ladies and gentlemen I'll warn you DO NOT take your stuff to ANY my tech USA. I loved working here and working on and repairing things but those that run this business are running it into the ground and they will be out of business sooner or later. My store was closed down about a month ago along with a few other stores. Most stores did not even get a heads up about their store's closig. Don't support a business that does not care about the employees!
