I purchased two new phones, AT&T internet service, a smartwatch, plus switched our service over from Verizon. I would hope to feel like a valued customer. I had a few glitches transferring it over so I called the store. The phone rang and rang and rang. Finally, I drove over to the store. No customers but me. Three employees, one sitting on the counter, all three playing on their phones. I asked about the number I called, and after asking the question the second time was told that the ringer was on silent. Hmmm. Okay. While they were knowledgeable and able to transfer most data over, when I got home there was still an issue. I didn't get a chance to call until two days later. NO ANSWER. I called several times with the same result. Now, a week later, I tried calling again. NO ANSWER! Oh, and the clincher was as I left the store that day, he asked me to please leave a five-star review. I guess this generation doesn't realize that you need to actually give good customer service for five stars, at least in my book. I may be returning to Verizon. read more

Other than having to wait a long time to be helped and complete my purchase, I had an excellent experience purchasing 4 new phones, trading in 3 old ones, and upgrading my plan. I have been avoiding getting a new phone for probably 10+ years due to the fact that usually the customer service at these types of places isn't always the most friendly. I am not the most savvy when it comes to these things and I tend to have a lot of questions. Stopped by just to see if they could fix the Face ID issue on my phone. Turns out it was a phone issue that couldn't really be fixed and I said ok no worries, not worth it to me to get a new phone just for Face ID and turned to leave. The employee then said lets check your account and then told me I don't have insurance (I know for a fact our entire family plan has insurance) and tried to sell me all these new plans I didn't want nor need. I have been happy with Att for years. The sold me the internet air home internet, said if I didn't like it bring it back. Well it didn't work at my house so I brought it back. The employees saw the box and said take it to UPS. I told them I wanted a receipt for the equipment. Jaycob even refused looking at my account. I called 611 the operator was happy to talk him through the return. He refused to get on the phone with her. Glad the call was being recorded so she heard the whole interaction. I can't believe the way I was treated. Needless to say I'll never go back. I will email and call as far up the chain of command. Horrible, horrible customer service. We had previously done business at a different AT&T store in another area location, and had been unhappy with the lack of knowledge and downright incompetence of the staff. Enter Tom at this location on a crowded Monday. Super competent, friendly, and unflappable; he was able to resolve an issue I had with my iPad, increased my data availability, and saved me money every month while he was at it. Covid-19 did not cause problems with service here! Cesar spent enourmous amount of time and energy turning in 2 phones and decreasing our monthly rate due to my being a 1st responder; we were pretty needy as our phones weren't cleared and it took almost an hour. Customer service was obviously his top priority as we were very happy with the discounts toward our bill and on the trade-in. He was extremely very peasant and happy to help us even after other customers came into store; we weren't rushed along. Best experience with phone as I was just at Apple store and was rushed out as appts are in 10 minute increments and they would not do what Cesar did today in AT&T. He even explained differences in upgrades, cost & BONUS: HBO MAX is included=saved us even more money as we can now drop Hulu n Netflix. Next time we'll be back to switch from Soectrum to AT&T as I'm sure he'll be happy to save us more money! read more

We had a very pleasant experience with a young Latino man working here. We decided to reconsider our options and then returned a few minutes later. Unfortunately, he was busy with another customer when we returned and after a moment a woman came out of the back to help us. She was extremely abrupt with us. "ID," she barked at my wife. Then when my wife asked her a simple question about what the different iPhone upgrades look like, being careful to use "please" and "thank you" because it seemed like we might have interrupted her lunch, she snapped "there over there" and pointed with her chin at the wall behind us. However, the model we were asking about wasn't even there. At that point, it seemed clear she did not want to serve us. I don't know if it's because my wife is Asian, if it was because we wore masks, or if she was just having a bad day, but it was borderline abusive. I wish we got her name, but we didn't. She had large fake eyelashes and had an American flag on one of her manicured nails. I recommend going elsewhere, but if you have to go here, avoid her. read more

I am currently with Sprint and my contract just expired. Since I also have Direct TV, I knew there were some good deals at AT&T. I loved their service years ago and decided to go back to them. I walked in and was helped right away and the employee (who I later found out was the DM) was so friendly and broke down what my cost would be out the door and what my monthly bill was going to be. He handed me off to another employee who was AWESOME and pretty much everyone there was friendly, even after the DM left the building. Looking forward to having AT&T again! read more

Christian called HQ and set it all up for me so I didn't even have to do X urging except text on my phone while I waited. It was incredible!! I would absolutely recommend coming in anytime you need help. They are exceptionally friendly and are accommodating to what your specific needs are. Talk about Poor Service! These employees need to be reminded of a little popular term called Customer Service. I love Cingluar/AT&T (or whatever they decide to call themselves today) but I will avoid returning to this store at all costs. When I walked in I was not greeted, let alone even looked at I had to wait at the desk for the guy to litterally finish whatever he was doing on the computer for a good 20 seconds. Once he finally looked up from his precious work, The "greeting"(If you want to call it that) I recieved was "Did you need something?" In my mind I felt like responding 'No I just walked in here for shits and giggles' But I simply proceeded with my 'need.' The overall experience was horrible and like I said before, never again. The worst customer service Ever!, I had an issue with my phone and when I entered the store I was told I would be helped shortly ..OK 30 min later the manager asked me what brought me in and I replied that my phone just died.An hour later after the previous customer left, the little boy who worked there told me We don't fix phones...I said I just waited almost 2 hours!,He shrugged his shoulders and basically said OH Well!
