After a quick assessment, Jake informed me that the link to the home button was missing! It would cost an arm and a leg ( or a new iPad) to repair. Well, I panicked for no reason. He was able to repair it and download a " home" button!! The pricing was reasonable, the turn around time (24 hours) was phenomenal, and I had a nice surprise! Jake had put an awesome case on for my boy! Honestly, this is the best service I've had in a long time. He was so friendly and made me so comfortable. I went in to buy a charging cable and case because it was a better price than Walmart, but I ended up getting a tempered glass too. The manager, Jake, said it was better than the OtterBox protector and I definitely agree! The tempered glass makes my phone look so much better, and I feel much safer now, especially since I drop my phone quite often. Jake even demonstrated how strong the tempered glass was on his phone, which is what really convinced me to buy it. He also talked to me about my iPhone speaker which is acting up, and my charging port which is also about to go out. I made an appointment at a place on line to have my cracked iphone 6 fixed. I went in and they said it would take 3 - 4 hours because the tech wasn't there.
