    I am so beyond disappointed. I actually went out of my way to find a Verizon store near me with…read moredecent reviews since I recently moved and I loved my old Verizon store. Only to leave this place totally screwed... I've been with Verizon for 6.5 years, I have NEVER been f*cked so badly. I went in to trade in all 3 phones on my account for iPhone 16s (Verizon promo). Robert was nice enough but very quiet throughout the entire process. I was confused a lot because of the lack of explaining most of everything. Lots of mumbling and spending time doing things on the iPad without telling me what's going on ‍. Ok whatever. I don't need to perfect. I leave the store as he ordered my 3 iPhone 16s to be delivered to the store. Come back to pick them up. Left the store pretty confused on how to ship my old phones on. Robert told me to ship my old phones and old internet box (as he also upgraded my box) using UPS. "I just take them in? I don't need anything?" "Nope. You just take it in. They'll know what to do." Well. They in fact did NOT know what to do. I was supposed to get a QR code or shipping label from Verizon at the time I was there I guess but didn't. I called Verizon customer care and they sent me one. Fast forward to turning in my old phones. Can't do that at UPS either apparently- message Robert and he tells me to just bring them in. Ok great... not what I was originally told but whatever. Robert isn't there when I go to return my phones and the employee who is helping me states that he doesn't know why- BUT he can't accept one of the phones. He tells me to get ahold of Robert. Wtf. Ok......? So I reach out to Robert twice letting him know first that I'm having this issue and please look into it. Follow up a few days later, no response. I decided not to go into the store because 1) why can no one help me besides Robert? 2) by this point I have gone to the store 3 times, gone to UPS 3 times, and had to call Verizon customer care for help 3 freaking times over this issue. So I'm hot. I've NEVER has an ongoing issue like this before that cannot be resolved and no one knows why except MAYBE the original person who started the trade in but after wasting literal hours traveling to UPS, Verizon, and being on the phone I know I'm gonna pop off. so I'd rather now ruin Roberts day and be that rude customer everyone hates. I call Verizon for help AGAIN (4th time) and 4 weeks later the issue is finally..... resolved.... No follow up from Robert. I'm going to assume this guy quit or has extenuating family circumstances going on for the last few weeks and that's why he could not follow up and was never in the store when I went. Not because he just doesn't care. I never explained why I was having to call so much but once the person on the phone did say all of this was basically a mess bc I didn't send in all my phones at the same time like I was supposed to and he asked me why I didn't - I told him the Verizon employee TOLD ME he could not take the phone and to ask Robert about the issue. Guy on the phone was shook. Said that shoulda never happened. One star bc at least the employees were generally friendly

I called and they had no idea where my order was. They promised to call me back in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later I call back and they still have no idea. After 30 minutes on hold they tell me my order is ready. I show up to pick up and they tell me I need a PIN number. I tell them I don't have one and have never been asked for one in the past. I'm told without one I can't het my phones. I leave and call Verizon customer service. They tell me that is absolutely wrong. I should have been able to pick it up without any issue. The people at the location are inadequately trained and have no customer service ability. Stay away.

The absurdly high rating for this biz had me calling them immediately, in which a young man named Eid promptly quoted $250 to fix it. This was at least $50-75 cheaper than most of their competition. I agreed to it. It's a tiny shop that's next to a gas station. It looks completely run down and if it weren't for the reviews, I'd have a hard time seeing myself here. I was told that I'd be able to come pick it up in roughly 3 hours. Kudos for allowing same-day service. By the time it was ready for pickup, I came in to inspect the phone. I noticed just there are some gaps on the screen but it was responsive. Right as it became time to pay I learned they were unwilling to accept the Yelp check in offer of 10% off and would charge an additional $20 fee when deciding to use a credit card. I went out to get cash and eventually paid. When asking for a receipt, he gave me a piece of paper with some scribbles and largely illegible penmanship. Overall the repair was successful, the price was right, but the inconvenience and shoddy customer service might mean I will reconsider my business if this ever happens again.

Thank you very much for making my friend visit from Las Vegas worth it! You were kind, and you treated us with nothing but respect! Also thanks for being patient!! The website stated my order would be ready within two hours. After waiting, I called the store and spoke with Junior, who told me they had not received my order and instructed me to contact AT&T customer service. I followed his instructions and contacted customer service, who confirmed my order had been processed and should be available for pickup soon. After waiting several more hours, I called the store again and spoke with Junior. This time, he stated that he did have my order but that he would need a manager's approval. I was confused because this requirement was never communicated online or during the ordering process. Junior informed me that the manager was out for the day but that he could call her to see if she could override it. After speaking with customer service again, I was informed that this was not accurate and that my order should have been able to be completed. I called the store back and explained what customer service told me. At that point, Junior changed his response and said he would have my order ready within 15 minutes once I arrived. When I arrived, he was able to complete my order. However, during the setup process, I noticed my previous phone service had already disconnected. I asked whether my number would transfer to my new phone, and he said yes. I would have appreciated being informed beforehand that I would temporarily be without service, because I would have waited until I was home to complete the transfer myself. Overall, I felt like Junior was very dismissive and unhelpful throughout the entire process. He was short when answering my questions and did not make me feel like he actually wanted to assist me. Regardless of whether an order is placed online or in-store, customers deserve the same level of respect and support--especially when making a significant purchase. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I will also be sharing my experience on my social media platforms so others are aware of the customer service I received.
