Now they have sent her account to collections and refuse to unlock the phone or assist at all without us paying the phone bill we were assured would be waived. I am so deeply disappointed and disgusted in how this has been handled by ATT. We have been told to call, we call. They refuse to help at all and tell us to go to a store. The store tells us to call. They won't help. It's a circular hell. Now to top it off they lied to my sister and told her the phone wasn't paid off trying to get her to pay it the fees. I have my mom's Jan bill showing NO payment plan was involved confirming it was paid in full. The complete lack of kindness, empathy assistance and follow through on what we're told would happen means we will never do business with ATT.

I've have called them multiple times trying to get them to take the fraudulent charge away and they refuse and the last person refused to let me speak to a supervisor. They have sent the bill to debt collection. Now directly affecting my credit. When there should be no charge at all. I ended my service with them when they started increasing my bill by $15 a month when it started at $45 a month. I ended it at $104 a month. The worst service ever.
