Due to the raging pandemic, we seldom make our way out to business to shop, but decided that this would be an opportune time being outside the city to learn about it and to kill time before the museum. We ultimately wound up purchasing one and were extremely happy and satisfied with the excellent service given by the Sales Representative, Alyssa. Not only was she very personable and knowledgeable about the product and explained the data plan options in a clear way, she even got the exact watch I wanted from another location while we checked into our lodging and then made our way back to complete the purchase. Oh, and she did this while graciously juggling another transaction she was wrapping up with. Ultimately, I was really pleased with Alyssa's professionalism and so glad she offered to get me the watch same day- this made all the difference and now I get to rock my new Apple Watch on my Birthday! Also, the rest of the team was really nice and pleasant and were extremely welcoming. COVID protocols were upheld, and this made us feel safe and comfortable while shopping. I want to give a shout out to this store and this store alone. I was having a difficult time with…read moremy ATT service and had spent SEVERAL HOURS on the phone throughout the week trying to fix it. After spending a large portion of my Saturday afternoon on hold with the ATT customer service department, being transferred back and forth between multiple departments, telling my story and starting the trouble shooting over every time, and end up being transferred to Direct TV where the guy had the guts to try to sell me Tv services, I had enough. I went to the local ATT store to either get this fixed, or end my services with them. That's when Zach and the store manager (I'm sorry I don't recall his name) took over my account and ran through all the possibilities, eventually finding the problem and fixing it rather quickly. Those guys deserve the 5 stars; not the company. After my phone is paid off I will be leaving ATT after 13yrs of doing business with them. For some time now some people just couldn't call me. It was giving them a disconnected message as if my line was cut off. There's no way to know how many of my customers and relationships have not been able to reach me. Att's service cannot be trusted. I look forward to filling out all the surveys I am sent to grade their customer service department.

Three different times Verizon store associates allowed unauthorized account holder on my account to make changes to the account and /or remove. Not one time was I notified, until I checked My bill. When I called the managers just lied and Say they will look into it and get back to me. Yep, never got back to me. They work off commissions, so don't think for a moment they are honest . So a friend told me about this cell phone repair shop. He says because of the service, he only…read morecomes here to buy whatever he needs instead of going to walmart. So of course I had to come here when grandma's charging port wasn't working. So this gentleman comes out, greets me, and asks me what he can help me with. I told him and he said he would take a look and see what the problem was. He took the phone into the back for about five minutes. It gave me time to look around the shop and see all the interesting cell phone and accessories they had available. And the prices were not bad either. Which explains why my friend continues to come here. The gentleman returned with grandma's phone and told me that the charging port had some metal pieces in it, and that he removed them and it's charging now. But when I went to pay, he told me there was no charge for cleaning the phone. I've have yet to visit a cell phone repair shop that didn't charge me for something. This is a first for me. And just like my friend, I will continue to come back here to bring my business. Five star all around for customer service and quality

I was assured they would waive the phone bill as clearly my mom was passed and the phone wasn't used. Now they have sent her account to collections and refuse to unlock the phone or assist at all without us paying the phone bill we were assured would be waived. I am so deeply disappointed and disgusted in how this has been handled by ATT. We have been told to call, we call. They refuse to help at all and tell us to go to a store. The store tells us to call. They won't help. It's a circular hell. Now to top it off they lied to my sister and told her the phone wasn't paid off trying to get her to pay it the fees. I have my mom's Jan bill showing NO payment plan was involved confirming it was paid in full. The complete lack of kindness, empathy assistance and follow through on what we're told would happen means we will never do business with ATT.
