After calling the agent who set up the appointment to register my complaint, I was then told that they do "curbside service," something I wasn't told prior. She came out to help me adjust my data plan, only for me to be unable to follow it through because my password is on a laptop at home 30 minutes away. It says on Verizon's website that "customers are required to wear a mask. Based on my brief encounter at the Berlin store, I reckon it'll be people like the 5 maskless young'ns who think they are immune or invincible that will ultimately ruin the lull in Vermont's experience of the pandemic. It's that kind of cavalier attitude that's wrecking our country at the moment.
