I have been to this location many, many times-I have always found the Customer Service to be great! I am not a technology wiz so ......I need someone who is knowledgeable and patient-- On Monday I went in and NATALYA took care of me--she was super! She listened, gave me options, and did an overall stupendous job! I actually had to return to the store later in the day (MY problem-not hers)-- and she was great-she actually was done for the day but saw me come in and delayed her departure to find out what was going on and sat down to help me- Now, THAT is Customer Service!! Terrible Service - store staffed by teenagers playing on their phones and reluctant to help customers. Online corporate service is no better. Was not possible to speak to a representative in the U.S. The promised trade in credit has not materialized for 3 months, even after several frustrating calls to some overseas service center where they no nothing and barely speak English! The foreign representative must be working in a large open room where 100 other people are all speaking at the same time - very difficult to hear or understand what is being said between the broken English and background noise. This store has completely gone down hill with their customer service. The "manager" Azar was no help at all; the opposite really. He Just rushed me off and gave me a 800 number rather than assist me. He said "I can't help you here" with my dead iPad that I purchased from that store a year ago. I understand maybe he couldn't but the approach was all wrong. Then he directed me to the iPads that are for guest use to put in my personal information to start my claim. I stated that is not safe; like he should know that?! l have always been handed what they use. He refused to give it to me and gave me a pamphlet for me to do on my own. I CANNOT WAIT TO LEAVE AT&T!!!! They tell you what you want to hear to make a sale, but after that they do not want to be "bothered" so if you need assistance you're out of luck. AT&T forgot to put an installment plan on one of my phones and then sent me a bill for $1400 two years later. I tried to work with them to come up with a compromise but not only did they refuse to work with me, they actually said "It may be better for me to just walk away from AT&T and take a hit on my credit." GASP!! WHAT??? THATS YOUR SOLUTION??? "Or pay $1400 for a 2 year old phone". Sad fact... they were charging me $190 a month for 2 lines. How the hell does that not include phone installments? What was I paying for? Definitely not what they sold me. Terrible customer service. From the store employees to store managers to phone agents and chat agents. They all read from the same script. Went to different stores and spoke to different managers. This store was the worst. Azer was the worst of all managers who refused to assist. Had several cases open by chat only to call back a few days later and be told "What case?" Called 611, got a very nice agent named Brenda. She said that she opened a case and even gave me a direct phone number to call with any issues. Too bad it was a fake number SAD SAD SIGH. Needless to say no case was opened by Brenda either. I wasn't even asking to not pay the $1400, just work with me to make a payment plan they should have done at the start. END OF STORY... they turned off both phone lines and left my daughters stranded in a different country without phones. read more

I had an issue with my iPhone 12, it wouldn't turn on...Bernice was able to get it going again but I opted to get a new iPhone 14 because it was supposed to be $0/month with a trade in. She saw my iPhone 12, which had a small crack on the bottom corner. Because of the color I wanted for the new phone I had to wait for my new phone to be delivered to my house. I was told that I just needed to return my old phone within 7 days. I'm at the store now, back with Bernice, and NOW she's telling me that the crack will effect the refund value on my trade in (MORE MONEY out of pocket) AND that the trade value was reduced two days ago. I was NEVER told that I had to get the old phone in by a specific date because trade in values diminish!!! THE DATE OF PURCHASE SHOULD BE THE DAY THAT APPLIES, especially when you have to wait for the phone to arrive. In addition, I was told that I would be charged a restocking fee, which was again NEVER DISCLOSED!! When I purchased the new phone, they charged me a activation fee, now it's a restocking fee. This place should be assumed that they don't disclose ALL of the fees at the time of purchase. Iim extremely annoyed because now I just decided to keep my old phone and return this new phone because I'm not paying $350 to return an old phone (that's the fee to return the old phone, or the diminished value of it so that the new phone is $0/month) (in less than 5 days the value of the phone dropped by $350!!!!). And now that I'm returning the new phone, guess what...RESTOCKING FEE! Unbelievable! read more

This is a belated review but I wanted to make sure I could publicly thank Bernice Graham and her manager for assisting my husband and me with my elderly parents a few months ago, while I was in town from out of state. Bernice spent 2 hours with us trying to find alternative options to continue with the landline my mom loves. I have had to come back and forth to this store because of my own indecisiveness with which iPhone I wanted. Each person I dealt with helped me with a smile and did their best to make sure I was satisfied. These employees were nothing but patient no matter how busy they were. Do not come to this store unless you're looking to get scammed by one of their sales rep. Julio F. He will lie straight to your face and is very believable. Went to the store to upgrade my wife's phone and while she shopped around he told me he can save me $5 on my bill every month and upgrade some of my services. I should've known that was a lie as to my surprise they cancelled my 'grandfathered' plan that included HBO for free lifetime . After a 3 hour call to AT&T, I was able to get something close to my grandfathered plan but still wasn't able to get it back. On top of that, come to find out from the rep. on the phone, he added a $5 mo. charge to be able to upgrade wife's cellphone sooner and added a $10 mo. charge for an additional insurance when I am already paying an insurance through AT&T which he would've seeing. I came to store with a tiny crack in I phone and was conned into buying a new phone and getting one free... and if I switched my cable to direct TV I would get gift cards, they would pay for any cancellation fees, etc... too good to be true! My BOGO free phone was being charged as if I purchased it ...My Direct TV has premium channels I did NOT want and guess what ? I NEVER got those VISA gift cards or got any reimbursement for cancelling my Comcast. Don't be surprised... when it happens to you ! Because it will. RECORD ALL YOUR IN STORE CONVERSATIONS.... JS it will come in handy .... So I call and ask for the Manager Chris , employee tells me he has no customer and he is available. Chris gets on the phone, irritated and tells me his is too busy to help me over the phone. Tells me to come into store- guess what CHRIS? I AM busy too! He angrily takes my number and tells me he will call me back within 3 hours... a week later I'm still waiting for his call. So I must inconvenience myself and go to the store and confront this liar and get what he promised me- NOT WORTH IT! I should of fixed my tiny crack in I phone and kept Comcast!!!!! This store has some of the most rudest AT&T employees ever. Went in to query about our bill and possibly porting over to a new company and the guy named Bryan was the absolute worst. His attitude and demeanor was disgusting. I've had AT&T for many years and they continue to disappoint me. I even called in to speak with the store manager to speak to them about Bryan and no one ever called me back, I even called back in again and was told that no one was available to take my call. The guy that signed me up was nice enough but AT&T have decided to change the terms of their auto pay discounts with no warning and their customer service reps can't explain why it's changing. So just be aware that your monthly bill can magically change from month to month and there is nothing you can do about it because you are under contract and you'd have to pay a boatload to break that contract. read more

As I sat patiently in this ATT Store to meet with a specific ATT rep, I overheard a conversation between a customer and the Store Mgr, Nick. The customer was upset as she stated this was her second trip to this store today because she was given the wrong info from an ATT rep earlier. The store manager, Nick, started arguing with the soft spoken customer, interrupting her every sentence until he riled her to the point where she spoke with some assertion in an attempt to convey her two experiences today. Nick continued to provoke the customer to the point where she started repeating herself. Nick wrongfully accused the customer of yelling and advised her she would have to leave if she didn't stop. The soft-spoken woman was not yelling yet Nick continued to badger her. Then Another Manager, Alex, approached the customer, which lead to both mgrs badgering this defenseless woman. They are misleading and after you buy their products, which I bought two phones and was promised they would hold a 'free watch' I pay service on with the service for one phone for being a first responder. they had none at the time though, yet promised to get one and hold it for me They do nothing to remedy the problem they created by misleading the customer. I went to this store to find out about att u-verse. I was assigned a representative who was very nice and helpful. After listening to the promotions (ALL LIES) and offers, I signed up. I even bought two new iphones. I gave them over $2,000 in business. I made the switch over mid January. Since then, I've had two service appointments. I haven't received the promotions. I haven't even seen my bills since they had the wrong address. Last week, I went into the store again. I waited to speak to a representative, who blatantly told me "he could not access my bill" and couldn't help me. He passed me on to Kevin Wyre, the manager. I had to wait to speak to the MANAGER, who told me the same thing. He was able to tell me what I owed, but could not show me my bill, and he also told me that the rewards are not through att, but through a third party. ATT basically LIES. Kevin Wyre would not explain my bill, he said his system won't allow it, but his system did allow him to take my payment. He was dismissive and rushing to get rid of me. He told me, he'd call me back the next day. It's been over a week and he hasn't called. Sketchy company. They lured me with false promotions, fake offers. Once you sign for the service, ATT apparently has no problem charging whatever they feel like it, and they condone this type of scams. read more

This is a prime example of once we have your money , the customer service stops. AT&T has change Direct TV to AT&T Now and I tell you its not very good. Poor leadership and lack of knowledge. I went in on the 19th to preorder my iPhone 12 I decided on the pro which they didn't have available at that time they only had the basic 2 camera 12. I decided to wait. They told me they could ship me the phone but it wouldn't arrive until nov 6th(About 19 days later). I decided to wait until launch day 4 days later to get my 12 pro. I was told to be early on launch day because they will be out between 9 & 10:00AM. I asked what time they opened they informed me the 8:00 AM. I arrived at 7:45 in the morning on launch day they didn't open the door until almost 10 after 8. In a glass building you can see them walking around. I was second in line only to be told that the don't have the iphone 12 pro in stock I could trade in my iPhone 8 for the 12 but if I want the pro I would be better off shipping it to my house. I asked why I was told to be there early if the didn't have the phone in stock and the managers reasoning was I can't control apple and what they send. If you have a launch date in which you open your store early you might want to make sure you have the product in stock. Especially if you have told people to show up to get a phone they have previously asked about. read more

I HATE HATE HATE coming to this AT&T location. One star for appearance and large roomy store! But ALL EMPLOYEES are THE WORST - not friendly, cold, not helpful. They clearly do not get paid per commission or sale because they could care less about their job. The manager does not care about managing his employees and acts just as out of touch and juvenile as his employees. I blame AT&T as a company - because they do not train or monitor their employees. The whole corporation is like this (must have taken notes from Comcast)! I was at the store for over an hour - I watched as numerous people exited the store with multiple sales personnel around the doors. No one said, "goodbye, have a good day, thank you for coming in"... Nothing. Has plain decency been lost? So when I was leaving the store I acted as the well mannered adult I am and said "have a great day" to a group of three female staff standing around the doors. Those lovely ladies literally said nothing, ignored me, and one rolled their eyes at me!!! OOOOOOO. This was just the icing on the cake for the most miserable experience! This store was found to be most helpful, most professional, and again five stars for having the most employees that actually knew what they where doing. This store fits you with what's right and what you need. You don't get the feeling of being taken for a walk unlike at other AT&T stores for example the okchobee and i95 store where they hunt you down at the front door!
