This is completely unacceptable. It's not your decision whether something is "worth fixing"--your job is to either repair it or return it exactly as it was given. What I received back was careless, incomplete, and honestly a mess. I ended up ordering the parts myself to try to fix it, and that's when I saw just how poorly it had been handled. This level of negligence is beyond disappointing. I would not trust them with any device.

In NYC there is a saying "People don't wait in line unless it's worth it". This place was worth it. He took my phone told me come back in 30-40 minutes so I walked around Atlantic ave and checked out some of the local shops.
