I visited the store to pick up an order that I had placed through Verizon. As I approached the…read morestore, I suffered a fall in the parking lot. The fall caused immediate and severe pain, and I believed I had seriously injured my ankle. I was also experiencing significant pain in my lower back and right wrist. After falling, I was crying and struggling to move. I observed employees standing near the front of the store at the kiosk area who appeared to witness the incident. Despite my visible distress and inability to stand, no one came outside to check on me or offer assistance. I was forced to crawl on my knees and eventually drag myself up and into the store because I feared remaining in the parking lot where vehicles were actively driving through the area. Once inside the store, I immediately asked for the manager and requested that someone call 911. I informed the employee assisting me that I was there to pick up an order but that I needed emergency medical assistance. A man who identified himself as Donald and stated that he was the manager came out to speak with me. According to my recollection, he stated that they were not nurses or doctors and that they sold phones, and he refused to call 911 on my behalf. Instead, I was told to call 911 myself. At that point, I was in extreme pain, crying, and struggling to communicate. Nevertheless, I called 911 on my own. When the dispatcher requested the store address, I was unable to provide it, and a Verizon employee eventually supplied the address to the dispatcher. What was most upsetting to me was not simply the fall itself, but what I perceived to be a complete lack of compassion, concern, and basic assistance during a medical emergency occurring directly outside and inside a Verizon corporate location. I felt dismissed and abandoned at a time when I was clearly injured and in distress. As a result of this incident, I sustained multiple injuries and have required medical attention. In addition to the physical injuries, the experience has left me deeply upset and yconcerned about the level of customer care demonstrated at this location. I am not writing this letter to criticize Verizon as a company. In fact, I hope that this incident is not representative of Verizon's values or expectations for customer service. My purpose is to ensure that senior leadership is aware of what occurred and to request a thorough review of the incident.

She messed up my transfer once before. I've had her snap at me telling me it was my fault come to find out it was a mistake on her end. I had to call and report her one other time and it seems like i'm not being listened to. This location never answers their phone and i've had to go up to the store for a simple question!! I asked her why they ignored them and she said because sometimes they don't hear them. So I tried my theory, I was in the store, I was calling while I was there and I saw they had 4 people sitting on their personal phone NO customers but me and they literally did ignore all my calls. they just need new staff, their all lazy and don't deserve the job. I will be calling corporate again and showing them the proof I had on this experience.

She seemed impatient and frustrated with me. It made me feel dumb for going to the store for help. She "couldn't" help me so she let me use their phone to call customer service, and she walked to away. Once I was done with the phone call, I stayed to still figure out was wrong with my cell phone, and I got so frustrated that I left. I asked for her business card, and she said she did not have any. I feel like she knew I was upset, and didn't even ask if she could help me to figure out was going on. I work in customer service, and that was not great customer service. I know what good customer service is.

Then the Apple instructor came to assist me in the Learning how to use the iPad. I came last year but had the regular iPad and needed the additional functions that the IPad Air had. So Jesus guided me through all the functions using Genmoji, the iPencil in Notes, and on email. So much to know and there is another update coming soon. These classes at the Apple Store are really beneficial. Thanks Jesus!

My friend thanked her and we left. Afterward, I called customer service for my friend and was surprised to learn that the same Mall of Georgia store actually had two in stock. When I was transferred to the store, the manager suddenly claimed they couldn't disclose inventory over the phone, even though customer service had just done so. Which the manager also lied about being able to give information when they are allowed. Wanted to confirm before making another trip, but then the manager wanted to give some lame excuse of why her employee lied! Based on this and previous interactions with the same employee, I can't help but feel that discrimination may have played a role. I wanted to support this location, but after this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
