OMG I LOVE THIS VERIZON STORE!!! First, let me say I am dying to get a new iPhone! ATT and Apple both had told me it would be mid- October (today is Sept 18th 2014) before I would get my new iPhone 6. Their first brownie point....THEY ARE GETTING MY NEW TOY TO ME IN 3 BUSINESS DAYS!!! Second, Verizon is officially going to be able to allow iPhone 6 users to surf the net while they talk on the phone!!! So there is no reason AT ALL to stay with ATT anymore!! I went to ATT before I knew all of this and they couldn't even figure out how to transport my number.....after an hour of waiting, dealing with some really unprofessional folks, AND even tho I was in the store being passed off on the phone with ATT 800 number people, I said forget it! Walked out literally sick at the incompetence and rudeness. So after leaving there I went straight to the Verizon Store (5215 Winward Parkway Alpharetta) to just ask if the new iPhone would be able to talk and text at the same time.....And there he was, Andre, who today, was like my Apple Angel!! He said YES that now iPhone 6 users CAN! And that they could have me my new phone in less than a week!! STOP! I was SO EXCITED! He and Mikel helped me with everything I needed, both were very polite, professional, funny, both were truly more than I could have hoped for and to top it all off, I was ordered, informed, and made to giggle a little....ALL IN 15 min flat!! Stay away complete liars totally deceitful First did did not tell you anything about the set up fee and then the initiation fee so essentially you're paying $70 for them to set up your phone . Then we were told about a $200 rebate taking 24 hours to 48 hours and come back to the store if they did not come through so we could buy accessories , when it did not come through I was told to call customer service. When I called customer service, they said there's no way that they would give you the $200 rebate that quickly. You have to wait 30 days past your trial. It is now 90 days and I still don't have it and they told me I've been disqualified from it and they've charged me for my phone , when my phone was supposed to be free when I turn in my cell phone from another cell phone carrier, which was an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I showed the gentleman my phone bill. It was $190 a month for two phone lines unlimited text talk. now I'm paying $240 a month. Total liar, stay away from them read more

This Verizon franchisee is terribly incompetent. GoWireless tried to port our 4 lines from another carrier to Verizon, deactivating the other carrier first and are now GoWireless is unable to activate our new Verizon lines. Verizon has been trying to reach GoWireless to tell them they botched up the SIM cards, but cannot reach anyone there. GoWireless does not seem to be sorry for what they have done and do not seem to care. We are now left to borrowing others' phones to survive on a planet dependent upon mobile technology. Do not waste your time calling (770) 475-0000 unless you like hold music or the sound of crickets. You, Verizon or anyone else who calls GoWireless will go just into a hold queue for hours on end. I just do not want other people to experience the misery we are experiencing with GoWireless. read more

Very happy with service here. I walked in and there was only one employee working. I heard him on the phone with Verizon trying to get a resolution for the customer he was already there. It was someone who was changing from AT&T so he was imploring the person on the other line to make things right for her to keep her a happy customer. Despite having a customer there already, he also tried to do his best to help me with my upgrade. He was very professional and made every effort to get both of us taken care of. He even cleaned up my daughter's old iPad once I took it out of the case, and I was horrified by how dirty it was. But thankfully it cleaned up perfectly. The only drawback is that this kind of store can't take trade-ins. So I had to go to another store. But otherwise I had a great experience here and felt the employee made every effort to make his customers happy. read more

Verizon go wireless Store in Alpharetta on Winward Parkway. Is the best place to shop for IPhones. I just got my brand new iPhone 12, I am loving it. John the assistant manager, is amazing. Incredibly slow. Only 2 employees during business lunch hours. Staff seems "stale" and in-interested. No communication upon entering. We were ignored as to wait time. A Hello and a Smile would help keep everyone that is waiting in a decent mood. Otherwise, it's a 20 minute wait. read more

This location is NOT an authorized Verizon dealer. Very frustrating if you are trying to return anything or activate anything. You have to come back to THIS store. A regular Verizon store will not honor it. Secondly, I have been standing in the store for 25 minutes now with only 1 other customer in the store and have not even been acknowledged. I am returning a case - it should not take me 30 minutes to do so. She has not even asked what I am here for yet. Disappointing customer service. Also, while I was standing here, a lady came in behind me and was standing waiting to buy a car charger. After about 10 minutes, she put it back on the shelf and left. Actually I was in the store the day Hillary B was there. I was there for an hour because the computers went down. Melody the sales associate was helping me and she greeted everyone that walked in the store. They allowed Hillary to return her item even though she didn't have the box. I have a Geek Squad protection account on my Verizon phone. Recently I had to replace the phone. GS sent a new phone, however with very, very little instructions on how to transfer everything over from old to new phone. And zero instruction as to where the SIM card was hiding. Granted, everyone in the world probably knows the 'how to' of this process. I didn't. Frustrated with several error messages and attempts to transfer everything, I visited 5215 Windward Pky Suite F Alpharetta, the Go Wireless Verizon store. There, after explanation of my frustrations, ANDRE came to my rescue. It was a pleasant experience and Andre was able to remove the SIM card and establish the necessary transfer from old to new phone. Thank you Andre! read more
