I would give zero stars if I could. I came here to get my thumbsticks replaced due to stick drift. They told me that it would have taken one day to fix and that they would give me a call. somehow it ended up being more than a week I call them to see what's taking so long, they tell me they haven't started yet and it would take a couple days. I just walked in. 2 people working behind the counter. There were 2 people sitting in chairs. 2 customers at the counter, one that was walking out and me. When the customer walked out, the service rep was available. He looked at me. Didn't acknowledge me turned his head to then asked the lady sitting down about what she needed with her Samsung. She had an appt for 230. I looked around to see if I'd missed something. There was no sign asking to sign in or to make a reservation or what protocol is. I walked out. I'll assume customer service isn't part of what they do here. To look someone in the face and not acknowledge them is very rude.... And considering I was the only person of color in the whole place, I definitely felt some kind of way about my treatment. For clarity... it was the Caucasian guy with bleached blonde hair w/ shaved sides who decided to look at me and ignore me. I'll never be back and I'll be sure to also post on Yelp. I was getting my iPhone screen replaced at full retail price because I didn't have coverage on it. When I was checking out, tech offered this coverage.. Asurion Home+. It was about $30, maybe $27. I told him it was way more expensive than the ATT coverage. He countered that this coverage also covers alllll kinds of devices in your home. After that it sounded like a good deal so I bought it. 8 months later I find out it doesn't cover my phone. Covers everything but that. The representative should not have even brought this coverage up. I was there having my phone repaired. When he mentioned price I compared it to PHONE coverage through my provider. WHY would I have bought it if I understood it didn't cover my phone? Now everyone says I should have been perfectly aware it didn't cover my phone. People should have more care when selling intangible products like insurance. If I'm there for a phone repair, compare the price to phone repair coverage, you KNOW I am looking for coverage for my phone and to sell me something that you KNOW doesn't cover it, and say you assumed I knew, it's wrong. Super friendly, transparent and prompt. They aren't able to fix my problem - my charging port got stuck and broke off in my iPad Pro. They didn't charge me to try and take it out, no nickel and dime or BS. He told me what needs to be done to fix it and then even looked up the cost of the part. Took my Google Pixel in to fix the screen with LCD issues. They were super sweet and the service was great, but afterwards I realized my front facing camera is fuzzy. Not good when you're a content creator and your phone (mainly the camera) is how you make money. Lol I need to be able to see myself. They said it was because they had to "open" the phone and it's exposed to elements, which I totally understand, but it looks like something is just in there partially covering the camera. Not good. *Insert sad face here* Additionally, my phone keeps hanging up on people repeatedly during calls. Like, a lot! Never happened before. I had the option to replace the phone for free under warranty with Google, but I had so much content on the phone I was ok to spend the $140 just getting the screen fixed. Well, unfortunately now I can't send my phone in to Google for replacement because it's been "fixed." So, it looks like I'm spending more money to buy a new phone after all which totally sucks. read more

I took my laptop and the charger power cord into the store because my laptop would turn on but not boot up. I left it there so they could run some tests on it. When I returned to pick it up, the charger and power cord were not there. They said I must not have brought it in. I assured them that I did, but I would check my car and my home just to be sure. I checked and I don't have it. I told them again that I remembered bringing it in with me because I almost dropped it coming in the door. Long story short, they could not find it, so therefore I am a liar. It couldn't possibly their fault. So now I have to buy a new power cord and charger. Went in to get the front and back screen on an iPhone fixed and left with a completely damaged phone. The charging port and secondary microphone are no longer useable after dropping my phone off for a simple broken screen replacement. I took my phone to several other phone repair shops to have both the charging port and microphone fixed however they've all stated the damage is not reversible and best option is a new phone. Don't recommend going here unless you want to be overcharged and left with having to buy a brand new phone. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Stay away from the location at 5970 Belt Line Rd Suite 315 in Dallas! I took my IPhone8Plus in to get the charging port replaced. I was quoted 2-4 hours. Here I am 15 days later with no phone still waiting on a replacement because there "Professional Technicians" ruined the phone. Yes, I know, things happen. But when things go wrong, good customer service is all about how you correct the problem and they don't have a clue! I still haven't heard from a manger or anyone other than the "tech" on duty which I guess is why I can't get a straight answer on when I will a working phone again. Communication is poor, the "Technicians" don't seem to know what is going on. One complained to me that they are under staffed. Yes, they have verbally admitted that they messed this up and will be replacing my phone they say, but as of today they are saying it might be by the 20th. Really? In what world does it take more than two days to get a replacement phone? Maybe some of the locations are executing as expected but this location is giving the company a bad reputation! read more

I went back to have this fixed and they said it would be handled that day. They then held onto my phone FOR 4 DAYS. I got absolutely no updates from them by email like they promised they would. I waited a few days and got a voicemail message that my part was in and to bring in my iPad. After driving all the way there again, they said we made a mistake and your part is not actually here.
