It also displayed glitches, including ghost touches, color distortion and poor display clarity. The screen itself was noticeably bulkier than the original and clearly low quality. At no point was I informed that non-OEM or substandard parts were being used, nor was I offered any refund or warranty when the screen failed almost immediately. I had to get it replaced again elsewhere, again, only 3 days later, and the new technician even commented at the poor condition and size of the screen that had been installed.
