My wife and I visited this AT&T store to buy a phone service plan for her handicapped brother. We had no idea where to start. That is when we met Andrew Cochran and he took over from there. Andrew went above and beyond what was required of him to help us. Andrew was very patient with us and guided us through the process. He was awesome! Do you enjoy long waits? Then the AT&T store in Kanawha City is for you. The employees are waiting on customers, but they are spending too much time in idle chitchat with customers. After a 40 minute wait, we are no closer to getting a new phone. read more

Staff is rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Some staff members not adhering to covid-19 guidelines set forth by cdc. Unknown if management is even present as most of the staff goes into the back room and doesn't come out. Management needs to really keep a close eye on this location if they want to make any money. read more

The sales people and management at this store are incredibly bad. I have had to go back twice to try and get my bill correct and spend an hour each time. They do not divulge charges up front and the invoice I got after signing up with them is nowhere near what they told me. On my second visit, I had my original receipt with me and told a salesman what the problem was. He kept saying, "I don't know what you were told. I didn't handle the original sale." The original salesman's name was on the receipt. It turns out the guy was working close by and the second salesman made no effort to consult with him about the discrepancies. When the original salesman finally got involved, he was very confrontational. I would never, ever switch phone service to these people or buy a phone from them again.
