So I had an iPhone 6 until 2019 when I moved, and they came to my home and offered me an iPhone XR for free if I would switch to them. Just wanted to let y'all know about how happy I've been with AT&T, and honestly it's been the best experience for me with iPhones. This year, I'm eligible to upgrade to an iPhone 13 pro, once again, for free. It would have been cheaper, but I decided reliability was more important. Since I was on a trial period I returned everything early so I would be charged. Guess what? I was charged! So, I had to call to get my money back, even though I returned everything well in advance of end of the trial period (15 days). For that trouble, and for the wasted time trying to set their version of internet up, I have rated them 2 stars. They need to do better!

I had an appointment scheduled with him and an appointment scheduled with Safe Home later today. I wanted to price compare and get a feel for if someone was just trying to upsell me or if they were genuine and listened to what I wanted. I am SO glad JSB was scheduled first because immediately, I knew this guy was an expert. He listened to what I wanted, didn't try to upsell me, and made some great recommendations based on his years of experience. He was even able to connect my electronic door locks to my new security system!! Not to mention that during this process, he identified that I have had my Wifi set up incorrectly for years (I had my router and my Orbi set up with the same username and password, so they were competing with each other rather than working together). So now, I not only have an EASY TO USE security system (which is what I wanted), but now my locks are managed from my phone, and my internet is working so much better, haha! Had the misfortune of introducing my iPhone 11 to my pool and despite the alleged "water resistant" feature of this model, it was not as advertised. Took my dead phone to the new store in Rea Farms and Anthony Venturella and his staff helped me navigate my way through the insurance process to get a replacement phone. Left the store at approximately 3:00 PM and my replacement phone was delivered by 9:30 AM the next day. Anthony promptly helped me set up my phone and my life is back to normal. No oversell and underdeliver. No attempts to up sell. Just plain, old-fashioned customer service. The way things used to be in the world. Much better atmosphere and customer service compared to the store in Blakeney. If you need a phone or want to change carriers, this is the place to go. read more

At 9 AM rushed over to Staymobile to be the first in-line to drop off my iPhone. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Staymobile!! My phone looks awesome!!!
