    I have loathed Comporium for years. They are yet again our only choice for internet. Comporium's…read morebusiness statement must be "take people for as much money as we can and don't respect them." They don't care if you leave them, they raise your bill time and time again without explanation. We asked them what their additional fees were for cable tv and the customer service rep said she didn't know. Our cable and internet bill is now over $200 because of some "digital charge." I wouldn't be surprised if they just pocket this money that they give ambiguous titles to on our bills. I can't save myself but I urge you to go somewhere else. Save yourself the frustration and money loss.

Expectations should be internet constantly out and the speed is horrible, despite paying for the highest speed. Their hardware is marginal, and having to replace or swap it out means you have to go to their store locations - you won't see a service call to you residence to help ever again after your initial install. Yes, you can expect to call them every six months to negotiate pricing otherwise you can expect prices to soar even more. The price for my internet and tv streaming package has almost doubled over the last 30 months (even with my negotiation calls every six months. You can also expect your tv to freeze randomly and probably every few weeks it will disconnect completely which means you have to reboot the system and all the TVs unplugged. It is a fun game for $250 a month! I have moved 5 times in last 10 years. Each time a different provider, and Comporium is my worst experience ten fold.

The technician attempted to explain what was wrong but it was not understandable by lay person. Manager and the technician were arguing in front of us because it was not understandable. They told us the of parts that didn't work and parts that in their opinion needed to be replaced. This is my son's 4K gaming computer that we bought brand new just over a year ago. I didn't really understand why whey wanted me to replace exciting operable new parts but I trusted their judgement and agreed to the repairs. I was made to pay in full and only received an initial receipt. I received no statement of a repair order or parts to be replaced. I was made to pay in over $900, and left the computer and the power cord, again with no inventory receipt. A week later I was called and told it was ready to pick up. When I arrived, I was handed the computer as I can hear parts loss and rattling around inside. I again left the computer for further and inspection and repair. When I was called again for pickup, I was handed the computer and extra parts that were not installed. These were not parts that were broken or requested to repair. We had never even spoke of the parts there were not installed. After asking about the uninstalled parts, I was giving information that we needed an additional part to install the original part. Additionally, there was no power cord. When I asked about the power cord, I was told that I did not drop one with the computer. I did not receive an itemized statement from CPR to proof this. Upon Jogging the memory of the manager she finally remembered and went to the back to retrieve the power cord. At that point, I requested for my computer to be put back in original condition and full refund as it was blatantly obvious that the store manager was incompetent and unprofessional. I requested to be notified when it was ready and left the store. Days later I was called the come and pick up the computer. Upon arrival I was handed the computer with al of the parts loosely staked on top. When I asked about the refund I was told they were only offer store credit and they would not reinstalled the original parts back in the computer. I left the store without accepting the computer to pursue legal remedies as I had no other choice. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS STORE.... YOU WILL REGRET IT...

Also told them it's been years since it's had a tune up, check for virus, etc. $49.99 for them to look at it. One week later we called and were told they hadn't looked at it yet because the guy had been on vacation. Didn't bother to tell us that there would be a delay when it was dropped off. Called back later that day to say they had ordered a new charger for it. Would be 2-3 days. Four days later it still hadn't arrived. Also said laptop didn't need any work(but it does). TWELVE days after dropping it off they called to say it's ready. I go in and he just tries to hand me the charger. Where's the laptop? Oops, forgot they had it. Seriously?! Was a but cheaper than Best Buy to buy a charger but it would have been over in a few minutes. Absolutely the worst customer service and worst "repair" place in the area.

I got a new Direct TV receiver which required connecting to Wi-Fi. It wasn't working. They sent me an new router and when I got it, I could not connect so I called their Customer Service only to spend over an hour on the phone and talking to two different people. I got so frustrated with their CSR people on the phone, at one point the agent said 'is there anyone else there who is more technically savvy' I asked her, is it possible you could be mistaken ' she said 'no, I'm an expert'. I ended going to this store and met with Antonio. He listened to what I had to say, asked some questions and understood the problem. He was able to resolve the issue. He discovered that the SIM card was ALREADY installed in the router. I told this to the CSR's and they insisted that's not the way it works. The message here: don't waste your time on the phone, go to this location and ask for Antonio, he's a pro!

Either salesman is a deliberate liar and crook, or lies upon orders by his management. Had me send in a trade phone that he had to know had no trade value, which we would've kept had we been told. Put other trade down as an iphone instead of what it really was. Costing me $75 a month for 2 new phones that led me to believe were no further charge. Overchargwd accessories, including power adapters he said he was throwing in, after i made clesr i didnt intend to buy anything but the screensavers, which he charged double what he showed me id pay. Vile, lying crooks, the whole company. Pgone reps wont talk to the stores, who in turn wont talk to reps or other stores, or even the customer, heaven forbid you no longer live local to the store. Literally meant at its worst, God damn tbem .

I know that I'll be there for at least an hour. Today, May, 28, 2025, I stopped in because my Do Not Disturb wasn't shutting off. I waited 25 minutes (only one employee, David). Then I worked with David for 10 minutes. The store filled up with 5 other people in line. I was then told that I needed to wait at least 15 minutes (I'm waiting now) for a manager to come assist. Shame on T Mobile for not having appropriate staff!! I did confirm with David that he was the only one working at this time. He had a good attitude and said, "That's the way the world is now." I told him that he had a positive attitude and should not be expected to service a store full of people.

However, he just did what he wanted on my account like it was his account. He was so argumentative and NEVER went over the promotion and after all had the NERVE to walk away and left my account sitting there. That's when Dan the store manager went to back to talk to him . I was trying to bring my 8 lines and business account over from AT&T to T-Mobile but that wasn't the case. I left the store and sorry they missEd out on that busineas. DONT GO THERE THEY DONT GREET YOU AND YOURE INVISIBLE RGE MOMENT YOU WALK INTHE STORE!!!!
