That requires perfect positioning within your home to get the best service everywhere. Since I could not get as good service as I can with Spectrum cable, I had to cancel. It would have been cheaper, but I decided reliability was more important. Since I was on a trial period I returned everything early so I would be charged. Guess what? I was charged! So, I had to call to get my money back, even though I returned everything well in advance of end of the trial period (15 days). For that trouble, and for the wasted time trying to set their version of internet up, I have rated them 2 stars. They need to do better!
