The guy we dealt with tonight (didn't get his name) was very rude and unhelpful. He led us to believe he could get the trade in done for us then said oh forget what I just said, I can't take your trade. It was very obvious that he was not interested in doing his job or even displaying common courtesy. We were the only customers in the store so he could have given us his full attention. He gave us some BS answer as to why we couldn't complete the deal and offered no apologies or anything. He just mumbled incoherently and kept looking at his phone. Not a good bye or take care or anything as we left the store. I've been a longtime AT T customer and this was by far the worst experience I've had at this store. But he called me up to let me know and we worked out a time - he personally promised to set that time aside for me.
