Melissa was seriously awesome! My iPhone 11pro completely died on my birthday. I had terrible service with Apple and Att customer service. I was beyond angry and frustrated and was ready to cancel my Att account. Melissa was SO helpful. She was not only able to help calm me down but helped me fix all my issues. She is the single reason I didn't cancel att. If I have any issues again I will be going to this store and working with Melissa. She deserves a raise. If every employee at ATT and Apple were like Melissa maybe they wouldn't have as much turn over with their clients. read more

Ruby needs a customer service refresher. Her listening skills are poor and her tone is unprofessional. The first thing that was told to her was that we did not want to add to our bill with a newer phone. Once she looked up our account it showed her we have an available upgrade. We could get the IPhone16 but, it would be $10 for the "Next Up" feature. This is a feature that allows me to upgrade anytime early but it's $10 a month. Ruby said I could call customer service and cancel that next month. I did not want this feature. I asked for a phone without adding to my plan. She reiterated, in a condescending way, that I'm not paying for the phone, just the feature that I could cancel. I told her again, I don't want to add to my bill, how can I get this upgrade without paying anything. I was told I could order it online. Upgrading without adding to your bill is an easy thing. Giving me a feature I did not ask for and having me pay for it is why sales people get a bad rap. read more

I had a very terrible situation the bight before where I was a victim of domestic violence by my ex boyfriend and he had smashed my phone. I had no back up phone or any means of communication and I was very afraid he would come back today . Sunday June 28,2020. Yes I called the cops and made a police report. I went to this att store location and Daisy was a gods send!!! I told her what had happened and how afraid I was and she not only file my insurance claim on the spot but somehow pulled a miracle where Assurance insurance hand delivered me a new phone the same day at 5 pm!!! I went to this store after spending hours on the phone with customer service about getting a replacement phone. After waiting another hour and a half in store, I had a phone finally on order. Unfortunately, it did not arrive in the specified time frame promised, and after having customer service try to call the store to see what happened, they didn't answer for an hour. I finally got through on my own and got absolutely no answer or help with my problem. I was told by the manager I'd get a hefty rebate on my next bill if I rated them 5 stars in a survey. That won't be happening, nor do I expect him to have any authority to do that. read more
