It took longer than expected. The young man doing the repair asked me to come back in 30 minutes. I came back in an hour and he still wasn't done and he seemed almost annoyed that Id come back. I left and came back an hour later. The repair was completed but the screen does not fit exactly like before. Its a small difference, but it isn't flush with the bezel and you can tell when looking at it from the side. Okay but not great.

After 35 minutes of standing in line my husband went in. I got to wait outside - too many people inside for me to go inside. Number of people is based upon square footage. Seriously??? There were 7 people in the store including my husband and the salesperson. My husband commented about the time he had to wait - the salespersons response was - "well, she was my 12:00 appointment." During the 35 minutes the line went from 4 deep to 8 deep. I The salesperson was very good and courteous. Didn't try to oversell him in other things. He was very helpful and attentive. He got a new phone and they put the new screen protector on. My husband asked why only a few people in the store at a time. They only allow 1 person per salesperson and only 1 salesperson can have a couple. It's a policy and he can't change it. At that point we did understand - but they post that on the door though. Brought my phone an hour from home to get screen repaired on my fairly new iPhone XS Max, they…read morewanted me to leave it and leave my passcode and number and name they new it didn't have a sim bc I was using an extra phone with it, 15 minutes later they called me and told me to come back, when I arrived they had security there and informed me that someone stole my phone from them after they finished the repair, I filed reports there with sherif and security, he said he was going to compensate for my phone that was stolen then once the officers were gone he Refused to compensate as he said and only wanted to negotiate for a small payment of $400 for the stolen iPhone valued at at least 700-800$. And still wanted me to pay him for a 200$ screen replacement Horrible company do not do business with these people very sketchy they will do anything to screw u over for another dollar

Great customer service but so wish they could do better with appointments and estimates on how long you will be away from your phone. It's hard to give up your phone these days but you literally have to do it in order to make do with their queue system. It's just not easy at all to get an estimate on how long it's going to take and what not. You make an appointment to drop it off but there's no guarantee on when it's going to be done. The employees here are very helpful though and I was very appreciative of that.
