AT&T salesmen are liars and not to be trusted. I was promised a monthly rate that convinced me to switch from Verizon. I verified it with the salesman 4 times. I got home, set up the phone he screwed up the transfer on, and found out the amount he said I would pay is far less than they than I am being billed now. Avoid AT&T no matter what the liars promise. On a side note, they say you can cancel up to 30 days after purchase then want to bill you a weeks pay in fees and more. Use Verizon, Pure Talk, or anyone other than AT&T. read more

My review is for the company and not this specific location. I recently switched cell service providers and purchased the $240/yr prepaid plan online with an eSIM. I had a very difficult time activating services and had to call the prepaid customer service/tech support line multiple times to finally get my cell service active and working. My renewal price switched from $240 to $300 and I was told by one representative that because I didn't stay with the number that ATT provided, the $240 deal was no longer valid. The only issue is that the number I was given and is shown on the eSIM activation card is still the same number that I'm using. I was never given any other number nor did I change a number. The online deal only states that it requires the purchase of an eSIM or new phone and activation of a new service, which I did both. I purchased an eSIM and switched from Verizon to ATT. This is the type of bait and switch tactic that is going to deter me from keeping ATT next year. I was able to reach another rep that looked into my account and has seen all the issues that I encountered trying to switch service. He informs me that the renewal will be at $240 but I'm not convinced because my account is showing the renewal price of $300. It was originally $240 on Oct 17th but changed to $300 when I checked my account on the 18th. read more

Please remember when you return your wifi equipment that you call customer service and cancel it. They DO NOT tell you that up front, this is how they get the customers, also when you take the equipment to the UPS store MAKE SURE you keep the receipt. This store is horrible. The manager is horrible. I went in with a new IPad. I asked for a tablet plan. I ended up with two tablet plans. I know the people that work in the store did it on purpose. It's called stacking. It makes there sales better. I called and talked to the manager. He stated he will take care of it. I also had to call the next month due to the fact I still had charges from a service I never had or asked for. So, watch out for the workers and the manager. The manager tried to have an attitude after I called the first time I called next month to get the charges straight for an iPad I never had. Get new managers that know how to deal with customers. He is not customer friendly. I also called and reported the whole situation to corporate. I hope they look into the situation and do something about the store manager and their employees. Okay the employee that helped us his name was Norb and wow he went above and beyond to help us he even helped lower our phone bill by 70$ by adding military discounts and gave us credits because for the past couple months we haven't used out military discount but he helped us we didn't end up getting the watches because they wanted the watched paid in full instead of being able to do payment plans but he went above and beyond helping us getting lower payment on our phone bill because it was almost 300 now we are saving a lot more !! So totally recommend this specific store and to look for NORB! read more

I bought a phone from this location and was sold it with the seller implying a promotion. After a while the promotion was never applied so I tried to get help. Even with a receipt showing a promotion should have been applied and other witnesses to the sellers statements they would not do anything to rectify. This issue was elevated all the way to a district head level and still never helped, be careful if they make a mistake they will say its out of their hands. read more

We were customers for over 12 years when deciding to switch to Verizon. After two years, we just were not overall pleased with our switch and decided to go back to ATT due to a potential overseas move and ATT having the best options for that. Keith was amazing from start to finish, he made the process of transitioning so smooth and the quickest we've ever experienced. We had our toddler with us and I was worried on how long the experience would take, as they do take time. But Keith took such good care of us and truly went above and beyond, it is literally the best customer service we've ever received since before Covid, and as someone who has worked in the service industry for over 10 years myself, it really meant a lot! If your with this provider and what a place not in a mall or busy intersection go here. It's open and the staff is friendly. Clean and neat and easy access to all your needs. Today I needed to change over from one provider to another. With that being said, who likes going into these places? I decided to be there at opening, for obvious reasons of wait time, I went in with 4 tablets and needed 2 to stay active and drop 2 then add a phone line and new phone all while transferring the same number. I met Jack, this guy not only connected with me as a person. He got to know me a little bit, all while talking me through the things I had, the options I could do. I truly felt like I was treated as a human being. My overall time I was there 1:30, but felt like 30. Thanks Jack for making me not hate a phone store. read more

Went to this store today - posted hours of operation online and voice mail are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There were at least a dozen or more people waiting for approximately an hour when the store finally opened a bit after 11:00 a.m. When questioned, the man opening the store stated the opening hours had changed to 11:00 a.m. beginning May 1st. When he was told it was still APRIL, he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Several people left and a couple who left stated if this is how AT&T conducts business, they were going to Verizon. I, too, left and went elsewhere. Moved from Ohio, to Kentucky, to Tenessee. Brought my AT&T router with me. Kentucky was nothing but problems. One after another. TN move....Called and scheduled an install. They never showed up. Then Billed Me Forl a Month! $125.00!!!! I had Charter Spectrum Installed....So I had to call these morons and straighten this out. A joke of a company. We have been trying for a MONTH now, 4 weeks, to get internet at our house. Unfortunately we live in a new subdivision so AT&T is the only provider here. For whatever reason, AT&T doesn't want our money!! We have had to call a dozen times and BEG them to please come out and get our internet set up, and they keep blowing us off. 3 times now they have given us a date and time that they would be out to our house and no one has shown up. I'm actually speechless that they think this is acceptable customer service! I absolutely DO NOT recommend AT&T for anything, weather it be internet or phone service. They do not care about their customers. We have T-Mobile for our phone service and they're incredible. Unfortunately they don't provide internet to our area which is why we're still dealing with this shit storm that is AT&T. read more

I have been with AT&T since 2007. For the most part the store is what you would expect. Staff who know more about selling than policies and procedures surrounding Customer Care. Over the years I have seen them misinform customers on things that in all honesty I don't think they knew to get a sale. The store is a nice store and for a long time I would only go in for cell phone purchases and nothing more. After the last month in trying to get my iPhone 6plus I would have to say that has changed. Periodically I have heard misinformation BUT they have been the only ones helping and trying to resolved issues. They were the only ones who reported the rude reps I had spoken to on the phone who hung up on me, dumped me in the queue and who threatened to cancel my account for asking too many questions. I have seen a decline in the phone customer care and a serious increase at the store in regards to customer service. I would recommend this store and I applaud the two managers that I have spoken with over the past few days. read more

First time we went in today, we were IMMEDIATELY greeted by a man named Sam. We told him we were potential customers and he walked us to a table, sat us down and asked all the right questions. I was up front with him and told him we might not get an account today because of money and WHAT not, Sam NEVER pushed us to get an account today. We discussed prices, options, the whole nine yards and he gave us his card. We managed to get an account today, so when we returned we waited for same to be finished with another customer! I started my day at 530 am waiting to buy a new iphone at sams club. I purchased my phone then went home i followed the procedures to transfer the data from the old phone to the new phone. It took a while but i mostly got it. The only thing i couldnt get working was to setup a message for when people called me. After two hours of att customer service calls to att and some youtube videos it still wasnt working. So i drove to the Att store to get some help there were 7 or 8 reps watching baseball on the big screen one of then walked up and asked if i needed help i told him that i was having trouble with my voicemail and wasnt able to correct the problem over the phone. He told me I know exactly what is wrong and if you call this number they will fix it. I told him i had tried that. He said if i called this number they would fix it. He went back to his baseball game with the other agents and i sat on the phone and was transfered to 3 more agents before my problem was fixed. Moral to the story if you are going to buy new services dont go there they would rather watch TV than help existing customers read more

Do not give this company a dime of your money or a moment of your time! We knew we were moving so a month before our move we went in & bought my husband a new phone & spoke with them about internet in the new house. We tried to schedule installation then but the guy said just to wait until a day or 2 before we move because they can have someone out the next day. 2 days before the move I stopped in & they said it would be 2 weeks. I was frustrated that I was lied to but set up the appt for between 9-11 am. At 10:45 on installation day I get a text that says they aren't going to make it by 11. I called & they said they didn't know when or if they would be out. At 1 I get a call telling me the same thing asking if I want to keep waiting. I have wasted half my Saturday waiting & cant take off of work to sit around & HOPE someone shows up. I should have known better when they told me my bill would be one price & is $30 more a month. As soon as I pay my phone off they will he losing a customer. Just ridiculous! read more

My service rep was Justin LeMay at the Governor's Square Mall. He was polite and seemed helpful in between watching his football game. We were there for 4 hours and I thought I had a clear understanding of what we were getting. He told me that I would have 14 days to try out my wireless, Internet, and Direct TV and if I didn't like it I could cancel with no penalty. Well I had my direct TV and internet connected and did not like the set up of direct TV and the Internet was extremely slow. So I call to cancel in what I thought was the 14 day trial period. A week later I got an email with a bill so I called customer service for direct tv and was told there is no 14 day trial period and I will now have to pay almost $500 for canceling. Also with my phones that at&t would pay Verizon off for canceling with them and I ended up having to pay over $400 to Verizon because he used part of my phone trade in on in store purchases the days I switched and didn't explain that it would take away from at&t paying Verizon. Needless to say very unhappy with the customer service I received because I feel like Justin was not clear with explaining what I would end up paying because he was to concerned about the football game he was watching. read more
