Casey is fantastic and helped me with multiple large purchases from my new mattress to today when I came in and purchased a new fridge. The store is always super clean and I'm never pressured to buy something I'm unsure of which is appreciated. Highly recommend electronics express. In December we bought a dishwasher and hired Electronic Express to install it. They came and installed it incorrectly and we had to have them come out again. They did install it correctly the second time but in the process they damaged our tile floor. The worker apologized and said that it would be taken care of however that has not happened. My wife called them shortly after and they said they they were aware of it and we took that as a promise of coming action to resolve the issue. After not being able to get in touch with anyone on the matter I reported them to the BBB. They then lied and said that the tile was broken before they came out. They are not only reckless in their work but dishonest. I am not sure what it would cost to replace the tile they broke, but their unwillingness to take responsibility for damage they caused is an unacceptable business practice. read more

The instore computers on display were not available or were discontinued. I know quite a bit about computers. The initial salesman was knowledgable and helpful. However, I got confused trying to cross-reference different features. They ordered one from a different store but it didn't come in. I had to keep calling to see if our order had come in. I had to go through the manager because my salesman had quit. Eventually, after a lot of waiting, we got a computer. By then I had no idea if it was what we wanted in the first place. For some reason, it can be really slow to bring up some WEB sites. I've run diagnostics and shut off computer sharing but still very slow or in some cases, certain features don't work like on Wheater.com. I can't select a location at the top. When you walk inside of the store you're reminded of the year Clinton stepped out of the White House to make way for President Bush. The iPod was just coming around, flash drives where starting to replace floppy disc, you could burn pictures and your movies onto a cd-r, DVD's where slowly replacing VHS tapes. Hit songs where *NSYNC "bye bye bye" and faith hill hit number one with "breath". And the iPhone wouldn't come out for another 7 more years. This store is so outdated it's not even funny. I literally felt like I had stepped back in time. They still had their video camera, digital camera corral setup and most of the mounts the cameras are to be mounted to and you pick up and tryout the camera, 20 spots or so had nothing at them. The place was kind of dirty (dust), and if you can remember all the things that where popular in an electronics store between 1996-2006, this store looked like a sad former shell of what it once was then. Most of the electronics that where popular then, smartphones have combined all into one and where those electronics where formally displayed, there sits empty spots. I love electronics, and I have pretty much been fascinated with them since I was young starting back in 1990, Circuit City, Best Buy, even what little Office Depot had, I am familiar with them. Bought a 600 dollar receiver after I was told by best buy my 300 dollar receiver would take 3 weeks to come in. I tried the product I bought from Electronic express and didn't notice any difference with the quality of sound so I decided to return it the 6th. I was told I couldn't because I don't have the "Box" for the receiver. It doesn't add up how I can't refund my item but they will allow me to exchange the item that will have a box with it? These guys make absolutely zero sense and don't care about you nor your family, thankfully I'm going to try and have these guys black listed from fort campbell so they can't ever rip of soldiers again. Ridiculous how they operate, lie and steal from those who serve this country. Instead of being polite and accepting the item, which they damn well know they can. They refuse and make a petty excuse as to why it can't be returned, never have I ever encountered where someone has made you return the item with the box it came in. Poor business handling and a disgrace to the hard working Americans who break their back on a daily basis. Whatever happened to service after the sales. I bought a new house and bought new washer/dryer from Electronic Express in October 2022. I noticed the floor was wet in December and my daughter moved the washer away from the wall. Water was gushing from the water hose from the back of the washing machine. When I called about this, they wanted to talk to the manager and then call me back. Your team installed the washer and you did not do it for free. The least you can do is to check to make sure it was done correctly. Electronic Express just lost my business. I will go elsewhere. I no longer wonder why American businesses are folding. After 3 years of spending over $9k at Electronic Express in Clarksville TN..the wife and I had the worst experience ever here. All over a $100 install misunderstanding. I will never shop here again ever. I will be willing to pay more anywhere else simply on just principle and the way we were treated today. Worst customer service. I will recommend other places for anybody who ask me regarding their electronic needs. There is no way to prove it but my wife believes one of the rude delivery guys stole $15 that was sitting on top of her purse because she found him in the room with the purse and he said he was looking for his sunglasses. The gentleman was like what are you looking for we just said we're looking around then he proceeded to follow us around the store and we kept moving then he would be behind us again!!!! Shopping here was a great experience from start to finish. Our old refrigerator decided to up and quit on us one day, so after stopping in several stores and not finding what I wanted, I came here, and they had the exact fridge I had been looking for. I ended up buying an entire appliance package to update my kitchen. J.J., the salesperson who helped me, was perfect! He wasn't pushy, didn't hover, and offered the perfect amount of input and advice. Purchasing and setting up delivery went much more quickly than I had expected. I was even able to meet the delivery person while I was in the store, which was nice, because I am always a bit uneasy when welcoming strangers into my home, so meeting him in advance was great. As far as the actual delivery, it went very smoothly as well. The guys were very courteous, friendly, and helpful. We had ordered appliances from another company for our new house but had MAJOR issues with getting our order correct and their service was horrible, so I started shopping around at other stores for our new appliances. Erika answered the phone when I called and I am so glad she did!! She talked with me about the appliances I was looking for and gave me the best prices. I held on to my 4:3 television until 2015. I bought a 2014 16:9 LG 55" t.v. for $600. I feel I was "lead" toward this option. ANYTHING was a move up for me, but after viewing this t.v. in the comfort of my room, I am CERTAIN that there were better options as far as picture. Our refrigerator was on its last leg and we had to find a white one to match our color scheme with exact dimensions to fit a pre-built space. We needed to purchase one quickly since we knew our 17-year-old fridge would not last much longer. Our salesman (Kurt) spent a great deal of time showing us possibilities but it turns out they were very limited due to our need for a white fridge with exacting dimensions. We left without making a purchase, but got a phone call on our way home. Our salesman found one available that was actually in their warehouse. We returned to the store and the Samsung fridge fit our needs perfectly. Plus, it was on sale at $300 off. Two days later the store's service department called and arranged for delivery. The delivery people were excellent. Weather was not good, but they were meticulous in how they handled the refrigerator and were very careful not to damage anything in our house. They connected the unit and removed our old fridge without any problems whatsoever. Undoubtedly the best appliance delivery that we have ever had in our 52 years of marriage (and we have had a few)!
