Well I looked at the app to see if there was any updates on when my order would be ready for pick up, and it still said they were getting it ready. Where my frustration is, that you can not find the store number ANYWHERE. I called the one provided on the order I placed, and it just takes you straight to customer service. I checked google for the exact store too, and its the same! So there is no number for the store that I could find. So I canceled my order and will be just going to the actual verizon store, and not this "authorized" Store. I think thats a big red flag for a business to not post there store number.

Wasted 2.5 hours trying to upgrade my phones, we were in town to drop my child off to college and wanted to upgrade their phone. Not how I wanted to spend my last hours with my child, finally got frustrated and told him to cancel my upgrade because my family was hungry. He tried to scare me saying my wife's phone won't work for hours then said it may not for for several days and I should just complete the purchase. I refused and he then tried to guilty trip me saying it's gonna take him couple hours to cancel my order. I get back home and try to upgrade the remaining phones on my plan and I can't because he NEVER canceled the order. Because they are a "third party" Verizon can't cancel it either, it has to be THAT store. 611, customer service spends 40 minutes trying to call the store BUT they can't get a hold of anyone because when I was in the store I notice the phone handset is OFF THE PHONE so no incoming calls can be made!!!! Day 2, 611, customer service still can't get through (not surprising). After over an hour they were finally able to get ahold of someone from the store. I was told their assistant manager would call me. Kyle calls me and tells me I need to come in person to cancel the order. I flew several thousand miles, that wasn't an option. As an option he said I could go to a local Victra store and they could fix it. Google maps take me to the closest store but mashes no mention is permanently closed! Second store Royson helps me. Very knowledgeable, understanding, and competent. Kept me informed of everything he was doing, said my original purchase was location locked and had never seen that before. Got my issue cleared in 30 min and as thank you, order my phone through him so he could get the commission. Thank you Royson!

Our phone was not acting properly in that it kept changing settings, and my battery needed…read morereplacement. When my wife and I entered the store we were greeted by Jonathan. When he started to check the phone for potential problems he offered us both water (cold or room temperature - our choice) and a seat. Jonathan was very sociable and communicate clearly, without a bunch of technical jargon that would have gone way over our heads. He answered all our questions and helped us understand something bothering us about our phone. I am disabled and when struggling as I tried to get up from a chair, Jonathan was right there to offer help should I need it. The service was done quickly. We were impressed with the store and especially with Jonathan. If I was back thirty years ago and once again hiring employees, Jonathan is someone I would want to hire. We were very pleased with the price for the battery installation and his researching the settings changing problem.

PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION…read more Brought my husband's iPhone SE 2020 in for a screen replacement. The repair took longer than quoted, and parts were missing. When we left, the home button and speaker--both fully functional before--were broken. He took our info, and promised a call that never came. After two days with no update, I returned. The same technician refused to help, was dismissive, and took no responsibility. No apology, and no effort to fix problems they clearly caused. Prices seemed arbitrary and inconsistent. Two weeks later and still no call. We took it in to a different cell phone repair place and they told me that the reason that my speaker and home button no longer worked was because those components are attached the back of the screen on that generation of phone and removing it as carelessly as he did (with scissors) would guarantee that those wouldn't function when placed back together and a fun fact to boot: he actually took my OEM home button that HE broke and replaced it with a none OEM part and THAT is why there is always a white home button on my screen that will never leave because that's what happens when you don't replace it with an apple part. That is theft and when we went in and asked him about that he told us we needed to reset up the fingerprint and it will be fine. So the "technician" broke my phone even more so, broke and then stole my original apple hone button and then never said a word about it then lied when asked about it. ALSO: Checking google reviews, most positive ones look fake or from friends, with consistent patterns of negative, similar experiences from real customers. Our phone went in with a cracked screen and came out with multiple new issues, which the business refused to resolve. Strongly advise others to avoid this shop--there's a real risk of further damage and zero accountability. I plan to report them to consumer protection agencies and leave reviews on all platforms to warn others.
