I purchased a new google phone on August 31 2023. I did all the things needed to get the discount they told me would get. The installment price was supposed to to 10$ monthly after discount from 20.43. After 2 months still no sign of discount. Went back to store and told might be another month or 2. After talking to robot agent online today for 45 minutes directed to live agent after waiting 15 minutes and spending 30 minutes with him was told had to go back to store. That was wrong phone they gave me should have been google7 pro discounted not google 7. Went to store this morning Dec. 26,2023. Was told nothing he could do. Sorry for mistake but am going to end up paying 360$ more than was told over life of installment. He couldnt exchange phone or honor what was told because was 4 months ago. A classic run around I have been with ATT many years in fact just switched to their wireless internet. Will def rethink when contract up. AVOID. read more

Be very careful of the upgrades and promotions at this store! They will tell you that with the promotion that your monthly bill will actually go down so you end up with these ghost lines on your account and when you call ATT to remove them, they tell you that they are part of a promotion and can't be removed without a fee - I have two lines that I can't remove unless I pay 400$ and 500% respectively and my bill did not go down. Just be careful and call the ATT number for confirm all upgrades and promotions to confirm new costs. My mistake, fell for it twice, but they know exactly what they are doing and the ATT main number confirmed that they get commission on those upgrades and promos. FYI read more

Not very helpful at all! My wireless bill is over $360 per month & I have been with AT&T for over 10 years. In the past, whenever I had an issue with my plan or phone my experience has always been pleasant in the store.... Today was the opposite. I just returned from my honeymoon and my phone has water damage. The employee at att this am told me I had to go home, print a form, photo copy two forms of ID and fax it to the insurance company so that they could mail me my phone. The reality of it was much simpler, all I had to do was go online and answer a few questions and my new phone is on its way, of course with a $200 deductible. My point is, the employee seemed thrilled to tell me there was nothing he could do and then explained the process to get my new phone as many hoops that seem next to impossible with out a printer/scanner/copier and fax. He also did not offer to help me whatsoever! You would think, had that have been the actual process that he would have helped me. I then asked for my case to be replaced because it is broken. I spent $50 on my case at an att store and they told me that if it broke I could have it replaced at no charge. The employee this morning gave me this snarky response "um we don't even carry that case here, you need to go back to wherever you bought that and hope they honor what you are saying they said, we don't do that here". So annoyed to be paying such a ridiculous amount of money to be treated like crap when something does go wrong. Bottom line is, always drive the extra distance to go to a "corporate" store instead of the uneducated "authorized dealer"! Over it.... read more

***beware*** go to a real att corporate store. they are a privately owned store. free giveaways are really adding lines to your account. they add lines to your account without your knowledge. never go there!! terrible experience never go there. the free tablets/ watches are really line activation. did not explain the new definition of upgrade--you finance your phone at full price. i could have bought the phone from amazon at half the price. they did not honor the insurance i carried on the phone. the new phone broke they could have cared less. they were fast talkers, glossing over the questions i asked. like i said never go there!!!!! read more

They were nice but I'm not happy with customer service. My elderly mother is going to extended care facility & Jon sold me a prepaid plan , because I didn't want a contract not knowing how long shes going to be there. He never said anything about anything being nonrefundable if it didn't work out. He knew the whole story too. I really didn't know if it was going to work or not at the facility. anyway I went to the facility & found out that was not our best option for Mom. So I went back, this was a few hours later the same day. Jon wasn't there but the assistant mgr refunded 80 of the 100 dollars I paid. ..everything except $20. She said she couldn't refund the $20 because it was prepaid pin. It didn't make sense since I hadn't activated anything. I called the 800 # and told my story to 4 different people. then I had to call another # and hold again.They said it could be refunded only through the store. Today I go in the store (waited) for the mgr (Jon) to call someone to find out they can't do it. final answer. He said it was because the restocking fee was waived. really!!!! No one ever mentioned restocking fee!!!. arghhh. It was very upsetting and aggravating with everything else I'm going through placing Mom in extended care. If they gave me a full refund, I would tell everyone how great they were there. But instead I feel like I got the runaround and not only that, I'm out $20. read more
