My son drove in from AR to do this transfer, Justin stayed an hour past his normal quitting time to assist us. My son was a former employee of the above mentioned company so we knew what we needed and wanted but Justin made it even easier. In fact, I had an issue and had to go in the next day and another rep assisted me. Then I stopped in the following day and every rep there took the time to speak to me. The store manager should be extremely proud of their team. You are obviously doing something right. I am in sales so I don't throw out praise lightly. Top notch service by Justin and everyone.

I left with a Samsung J7 Perx (my choice) when i went home it would not charge and the phone kept saying charging paused battery overheating when the phone wasn't even hot. Well it was definitely a manufacturer issue so i went back to the store not an hour later. I wanted to change phones all together or drop the service i just purchased. An unkind gentleman named Chris tried to tell both myself and Nikki i couldnt exchange the phone for a different brand or return it all together. Nikki did not give up on me she kept calling and trying to help me. She called A lovely woman named Denise and she was able to assure me that they were on my side and that she wanted to help. After about an hour of me being a pain asking about specs and camera quality differences both nikki and Denise set me up with a LG X Charge. (Im excited to try the 13mp camera) They even told me that if i had any issue what so ever i could call or visit again in the first couple days to see if i liked the phone and if i would like to keep it. Regardless of which ever phone i had the service and friendship they both provided is something i desprately needed in my life. It overall was a positive and pleasant experience. And i think i might have even made a few friends in the process . highly recommend if you need a phone but also a friend.
