The simple, short review: great product, fair price, great service at sale and installation. Most of what I said four years ago still applies, though this time it wasn't the LG washer giving us a problem, but rather its partner "top-rated" LG dryer, its grinding beginning to sound like fingernails pulled across a chalkboard. Among other things, I now have: *A dryer that looks, operates, and even sounds a lot like my Mom's old Maytag, with rotary dial controls, and no silly electronic songs; *A product made in the USA; *A five-year in-home warranty, all parts and labor, and various other partial warranties after that; *A 25-year expected life span, so the next dryer I buy may be for my assisted-living apartment; *The great satisfaction of never again having to ask for assistance from LG customer service. Speed Queen is the most reliable brand, yet I believe Consumer Reports still does not recommend it, apparently because CR thinks it is not energy efficient. But how energy- and resource-efficient can it be to manufacture, ship, purchase, use, and dispose of a machine that works only five or ten years, like my junky old "top-rated" LGs?

I purchased a side-by-side fridge in July 2025. All 3 doors were damaged at delivery by the…read moredelivery team, and I filed a complaint. I STILL have not gotten all the replacement doors, despite them giving me dates twice for when they would come to my house, and it is July 2026. One day I took a 1/2 day of work waiting for them to come and replace the doors. The doors came without the correct screws. I waited another 3 months. The top doors were finally replaced, but the bottom door was shipped damaged, the installer told me. I have since been given 2 different replacement dates, and TWICE they have not come. When I go inside the store to inquire, I feel as though I am being pushed off to someone else, and none of the employees know what's going on can get the job finished for me. They are always very busy eating at their desks. I will never shop at Appliance Discounters, and I have not had any accountability from the sales team. I was/am so disappointed with the Deer Creek store employees. There is no excuse for the lack of communication and effort to right a wrong that the delivery team caused.

Totally undetand that. I follow up the following week to see if we can get back on the books and if they had appointments on Friday 7/3. They say yes, what time? I ask for a morning appointment. There was a delay getting back to me. Finally received an email at 10PM the night before saying I was scheduled for 9-11 on 7/3. I respond okay. I get another follow up email that he needs my address and phone # texted to some number. I respond to the email with the information and state that he already has that informaton from when I booked the appointment online. Not sure why I would text it to some random number. 9-11 comes and goes. I emailed him and said to cancel my apointment. He emails me back to say he is finishing up a customer and will be on his way. I say "OK", Five minutes later he emails ad cancels my apointment and said he didn't have any of my information on any of his sites. I responded to hsi email with a snipet of the original email with the booking confirmation # on it. Not sure how this guy gets 5 star reviews. I undertand being a small business, but this was not a good expereince. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.
