First he tried to see if by chance he had an old phone hanging around but unfortunately he didn't. He then opened my phone to get to get the model number and went on the internet to EBay to see If they had any for sale. He found one for me order it right in front of me and it arrived in 3 days. Mike received the phone switched out my old motherboard so he saved all of my contacts. He charged me exactly what he paid for the phone that we both looked at on EBay along with the cost of removing and replacing the motherboards . I had stopped a Verizon first and the could only sell me a new phone plus activation fees totaling $180 dollars . I typically buy refurbished phones off eBay, but this time I saw an ad online saying support small…read morebusinesses, and I decided why not, let me give it a shot. I walked in and the buying process was as smooth as it could have been. The refurbished phone was a bit scratched up but seemed to work fine. Two hours later the back of the refurbished phone (iPhone) was peeling off. For me it was a bad sign (if the back of the phone was already peeling off, what else will break? It just seemed like shotty work). I went back for a refund as the phone did not seem to be in good condition. I was told that there would be a restocking fee... fine. Then they told me they were doing me a "favor" by accepting my return, and that within the 3 hours that I was gone they sold my trade-in device. Note that there was no signage in the store, or on my receipt stating that there wasn't a refund policy. So because of how "complicated" the transaction was I was only able to be refunded for the actual money that was paid (I completely lost my trade-in; I said that he had no problem assigning a cash value for it earlier in the transaction. I was basically told that there was not enough margin for him to refund me the agreed upon trade-in value? ). I would not recommend doing business here.

When I showed up at the shop, Sid explained what he was going to do, showed me what the process was , and validated it on his laptop - and proceeded to install the part. 10 minutes later, the fix was complete and the SG4 back in service. (The installation might have been faster, but Sid was also on the phone with other clients.) If your phone needs repair, I strongly recommend asking Sid for help. A truly "Superior" outcome.

After waiting for 20 minutes, the manager began to help someone who had walked in after I had arrived. I politely interrupted and informed Mike that I had arrived long before this customer he was helping. However, Mike did not seem to care and told me to " wait, and he would be with me shortly". After another 10 minutes passed, Mike H. finally turned his attention to me. I explained I was there to add an international calling plan as I was traveling out of the country for approximately 18 days. After allowing him access to my account, he refused to help me as the account is listed under my daughter and son in law at the same address as mine. HE REFUSED TO CONTACT MY DAUGHTER TO ASK PERMISSION TO ALLOW THIS TRANSACTION. I explained to Mike that on several occasions when I have visited this store for this same request, the service person contacted my daughter for authorization and completed my request. Mike told me that my daughter had to call Customer Service to complete my request! THAT's ODD- I THOUGHT MIKE REPRESENTED CUSTOMER SERVICE! I believe Mike was very rude (borderline belligerent ) to me and would never go back to this store again. I returned home and completed the transaction on the phone with a very pleasant agent. A very disgruntled senior citizen!
