He then opened my phone to get to get the model number and went on the internet to EBay to see If they had any for sale. He found one for me order it right in front of me and it arrived in 3 days. Mike received the phone switched out my old motherboard so he saved all of my contacts. He charged me exactly what he paid for the phone that we both looked at on EBay along with the cost of removing and replacing the motherboards . I had stopped a Verizon first and the could only sell me a new phone plus activation fees totaling $180 dollars . When I showed up at the shop, Sid explained what he was going to do, showed me what the process was , and validated it on his laptop - and proceeded to install the part. 10 minutes later, the fix was complete and the SG4 back in service. We are now THREE MONTHS from when my nearly brand new MacBook AIR with a broken LCD screen was dropped off with personal and financial information on it and now I'm told the price as gone up again to $411 because that's what they paid for the screen. I will be contacting the BBB, small business board in the state of RI and leaving reviews on every website including their Facebook. TERRIBLE business who doesn't care about the customer. I walked in and the buying process was as smooth as it could have been. The refurbished phone was a bit scratched up but seemed to work fine. Two hours later the back of the refurbished phone (iPhone) was peeling off. For me it was a bad sign (if the back of the phone was already peeling off, what else will break? It just seemed like shotty work). I went back for a refund as the phone did not seem to be in good condition. I was told that there would be a restocking fee... fine. Then they told me they were doing me a "favor" by accepting my return, and that within the 3 hours that I was gone they sold my trade-in device. Note that there was no signage in the store, or on my receipt stating that there wasn't a refund policy. So because of how "complicated" the transaction was I was only able to be refunded for the actual money that was paid (I completely lost my trade-in; I said that he had no problem assigning a cash value for it earlier in the transaction. I was basically told that there was not enough margin for him to refund me the agreed upon trade-in value? ). I would not recommend doing business here.

The store manager is now telling me it's a digital number that was added and not another line. This is ridiculous. I will never step foot in this store again.
