She made the process of transferring data from one phone to another smoothly. I will come here again and recommend to friends and family. My only feedback is to T-Mobile directly. When a phone is not available at the store have it delivered at the store directly and have 2 associates sign. I had to get it send to my address. However, UPS gives u 2 attempts for delivery with signature required to address on package. UPS did not give me the option to pick up at the UPS store and sign. The delivery time was given a date and delivery will be made by 7:00pm no real time update. So u have to be home all day to receive the delivery and hope to catch the UPS guy at his time.
