He was very knowledgeable answered all of my questions about my current project and about 10 other projects. This was more of a genuine interaction verse just a get me out the door. We went over several options that I was needing for my current project, including his recommendation of what he uses. With another project, I was looking for a new exactly where to find what I needed and not just for that project for all of the projects I had referred to which made it a pleasant visit with Grace and not just somebody running around, trying to know where something was.
