These people are fantastic. It is easy to say good things when a company does everything you need and you pay for it and go home. This group told me when I brought my phone in for another batter after a year that they would put one in, but that it would not help. Technology was exceeding the ability for my older iPhone processor and battery to keep up and what I really needed to do was upgrade my phone. They could have just stuck another battery in it and sent me on my way. Their integrity on this issue supports my reasons for going there for the years we have moved to the Denton Area. Horrible customer service bought a battery went on vacation. It went bad. I had to spend $300 to buy another battery brought the old battery back to batteries plus which was only 11 months old and they refused to give me a new battery or give me any cash back totally horrible way to handle a customer. Very friendly staff greeted me when I​ walked in and were always available for questions and concerns. I needed my iPhone​ charger repaired and decided to try the phone repair shop here. They informed me that it would only take an hour or less and asked if I​ had tried cleaning out the port first. I thought I had but the guy said he would check. He ended up cleaning out the port for free and saving me the price of a repair. Update: And businesses wonder why they go out of business.... lack of customer service and would rather make someone upset and not want to shop with them. I will gladly give Amazon and Walmart my money. Bought a lawn mower battery that leaked immediately tipped over while picking it up. The store said they would not replace the battery and said the warranty was void because it was on its side.... i have never had a battery leak like this! They said they could add water to it but the battery acid ate the side cover.Contacted corporate and never heard back from them. Don't ever buy from this place! read more

My son had his phone fixed here in August. When his screen went out he was told the screen was disconnected from the motherboard and they would not fix it. The phone was taken to sprint where they found some of the screws utilized were to long. As his mother, I took the phone to them, where I met with Chris. I explained the situation and he took the phone to the back to look at it. Upon his return, he stated that he partially took the phone apart and found that one wrong screw was used. Please keep in mind that he did not take the entire phone apart to see how many total incorrect screws were used. He went on to state that it was noted in the computer that there was a problem with the motherboard and they would not fix it. After, me stating that he admitted to at least 1 incorrect screw was utilized, but they were not going to fix his phone, he said that is not what he said. I then picked up my phone that was on the counter to inform Chris that I had recoreded our conversation. He then agreed to take the phone with my number and he would call me. After a hour and a half, Chris called me to inform me that the manager gave him authorization to fix the phone, but there is no more warranty. How do you null and void a warranty because you had to fix a phone that was incorrectly assembled by your employee? Where does the responsibility come in accepting responsibility for the work you provide? There was not an apology given and when my son picked up his phone, he was told he couldn't come back there. 1st of all he won't be back. He is a high school student looking for a cheaper way to fix his phone. Well, the amount saved was definitely not worth the experience. I pray that his phone was correctly fixed this time and nothing happens, within the time frame that the manger says is null and void because if it does happen, we will show her how she DOES NOT have the ability to do so. read more

I came here to get my cracked screen repaired. I've only had this phone for 3 months and when I got my phone back two things were messed up. I had to go back twice for them to try and fix it and they couldn't. They claimed it was a software issue. They told me my phone was under warranty there just in case there was issues and they still won't fix what they messed up. Don't come here unless you want more problems. read more

DESTROYED MY PHONE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND GET YOUR PHONE FIXED!! NOW I HAVE TO PAY TO GET A NEW PHONE!!! Came in to get my screen fixed. I also mentioned that my speaker was sort of low when it came to the volume. Guy told me that he replaced my speaker with a new one. THE VOLUME WAS LOWER THAN IT ORIGINALLY WAS. The fixer/sales associate told me if I had ANY PROBLEMS bring it back due to my warranty. They just dont replace the screen if you crack it again. Not even 24 hours later my phone was making loud clicking noises and jumping/glitching when I FaceTime or tried to take pictures or videos. Then my whole phone started glitching and pushing apps/clicking on what it wanted. Came back to the store to address the issues I was having and took off my case to let them see it, the face of the first sales associate let me know this was not their first time getting complaints like that. And from reading other reviews, its NOT THEIR FIRST TIME MESSING UP PEOPLES PHONES!! He handed my phone to another associate who proceeds to tell me that my camera is now broken and trying to refocus itself thats why it keeps jumping and making clicking noises and the glitches with the apps, etc...we dont cover that. You can get it fixed but its going to COST YOU!!!! WTF!!! My phone had no issues until this company put their hands on it!!! Ive never had anything happen like this before. Now a simple $70 screen fix turned into a whole $500-$1000 phone replacement!!! THANKS FOR SHOTTY WORK!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more
