Run Run quickly.. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! The customer service is shockingly bad... Once they have your money ATT no longer cares about your service My 75 year old mother's landline went out Also her wifi was no longer working... She tried contacting ATT on her own but was constantly given runaround Along with appts scheduled but no one showed up My mom had no phone service for weeks... I thought maybe she was problems because she is a bit hard of hearing so I took over to help I called ATT on a Friday and explained the problems...no phone service, No wifi They scheduled an apppt for Monday..I explained I would miss work and be there Because this was important... They guaranteed a service rep would be here by 4pm....no one showed up... I called at 5pm and Marlon at ATT told me no appt was scheduled Apologized And guaranteed me someoone would be here the following day before 4pm... No one showed... More excuses And more excuses And more I am sorry... And one supervisor snickered and laughed when I explained I was not happy This is how they treat my mother A 75 year old woman a loyal 30 year Customer Who was spending over $200 mo On her phone, wifi and direct TV I am currently on the phone with ATT And they just apologized and said they need to reschedule But They guaranteed they will be there this time Run... I always find it necessary to write a review after a positive experience, I'm so big on that!! Therefore, This review is solely for the amazing customer service I received from one of the employees- Randy. I believe he is new here because I haven't seen him before, but he definitely made my experience much better. I used to come to this store to pay my bill and would always leave unsatisfied due to their lack of customer service. I used to work retail, so I know what good customer service is.. a smile, a nice greeting, actually caring about your customers and not just a sale. Randy was very welcoming, helpful and started conversation. I will definitely be returning and hopefully come in when he is here! He made my experience more enjoyable and smoother. A smile and a conversation can go a long way- the rest should learn a thing or two ;) UPDATE: The only employee that made this store better isn't here anymore :( the rest of the employees here are so dry and non approachable. All they do is sit their ass behind the computer and greet you from there.. a really dry "how can i help you?" greeting too. get your ass up and at least pretend to work. this store ain't sh*t anymore. read more

All I can say is wow! For one, I have never felt so welcome at an AT&T store! Right as I walked in, I had these huge smiles and friendly hellos. I went in there a mess, I was having a lot of trouble with my phone and getting the Internet to work on there but Kimberly managed to make me feel at ease. She was so attentive of my needs and created a conversation so naturally, turns out my kids attended the same elementary school that she once did! Aside from helping me resolve my issue, she even went above and beyond to help me reset my iCloud password and even gave me insight on a bunch of things I didn't know my iPhone can do! She even gladly offered to help on some extra things that I've been trying to get a hang of for months know! She even told me that if I was ever lost or confused about something on my phone, that she would set aside the time and teach me all the great features my phone had to offer!! I was so happy, I didn't want to leave. Thank you Kimberly for your patience and beautiful personality!!! She definitely changed my insight on AT&T stores!! I will be back!!! read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at the AT&T store. I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a new iPhone for my father. However, Chris, the representative assisting me, attempted to sell me additional products and had me wait for over an hour while unsuccessfully trying to upgrade my account to the new products. This experience was a significant waste of my time. I expected a straightforward transaction, but instead, I fell into considering unnecessary extras. Ultimately, the representative failed to complete the upgrade, leaving me frustrated and without the phone I intended to purchase. In the future, I will avoid in-store visits and opt to upgrade online to save time and avoid such inconveniences. read more

Made a Yelp account just to write this review because oh boy, did they deserve it!!!!! Thank god for another at&t in Downey because we needed it.. Would of never thought the service would be this awesome!!! Stopped by just to do some exploring on the promenade and ended up upgrading my phone all thanks to Abel and Kimberly!! You two are great. I came in for an upgrade and i was helped out by Stephanie, she gave me all the help i needed and assisted me with every questions i had about the device i wanted to get. this store is by far the best AT&T i have ever been to, the reps are very friendly they offered me water and even put on a movie while i waited for Stephanie to help transfer my stuff, Stephanie made my experience here an AMAZING one. Giving this place 5 stars!! excellent customer service over all the staff here is very friendly, Cassandra helped me change my plan and upgrade my phone which was the fastest process ever compared to most stores that are always packed, she also gave me more detailed info about what to expect on my bill and even how to use the app. I will definitely be coming here in the future! read more
